Time of Reading 9:45 to 10:05 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [428]; this we have had before.

2. Now, as we find, there is a recurrence of those conditions that have disturbed the body as related to the abilities of the body to clarify the circulation and to produce sufficient oxidization of the blood to carry on the replenishing as the vitality is used up.

3. Hence the weakness and the inability of the system to respond to those activities that are normal for the body.

4. As to that which we find would be the more helpful in the present situations and conditions, these need those resuscitating influences that may enable the physical forces to meet the conditions that are tending towards the strangulations of the red blood cell forces in the body itself.

5. We would first stimulate the centers along the cerebrospinal system that makes a unified circulation both in the internal and in the capillary reactions.

6. Also we would use the carbon ash, one-eighth of a grain taken once each day; and the light applied to the body thirty minutes after this has been taken in the system.

7. We would also use the inhalant that has been outlined for the body, in the extreme case where the steam of same is inhaled into the body.

8. Be mindful that the diets and the rest are sufficient that the recuperative forces will be replenished in the system.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) What specific centers along the spinal system should be stimulated, and how? (A) Those particularly that maintain the incentives for the reaction through the solar plexus and brachial plexus center, for these stimulate both internal and superficial

circulation.

11. (Q) What type of light should be used? (A) The violet ray, or ultra-violet ray. The plain violet ray will be sufficient in the present conditions.

12. (Q) Give details as to building up the body. (A) Those properties that make for addition to the blood stimulation; as beef juices in very small quantities taken often, which is an excellent tonic and a stimulator for such conditions. Also, not so much of the brandy itself, but the fumes from apple brandy in wood, that is heated sufficient - not hot, but heated sufficient - that it throws off the gases from disintegration. Inhale the fumes from this once or twice a day; as these fumes would be curative and palliative to the circulation throughout the lungs and the respiratory system, aiding in creating stimulation without making for detrimental effect upon the digestive system; that should have all the building properties (that is, the digestive system), as: Egg without the white of same, only the yolk, that may be beat in milk; or milk with spirits frumenti - small quantities. These will strengthen and build the body-physical.

13. (Q) Should the stimulation to the spine be done with the electrical vibrator? (A) Mechanical manipulation is much better in this particular case that that from the mechanical vibrator; for the massage is necessary, with the corrections that will release the impulses in the ganglia along the cerebrospinal system.

14. (Q) How can the gas condition be cured? (A) With these properties taken as we have outlined, we would remove these effects; with the stimulating to the circulation to carry on throughout the whole body.

15. (Q) Is the condition due to a thyroid condition from too much housework? (A) Too much using up of energy; but is due more to the glands that supply to the thyroid reaction in the adrenal and the lacteals; thus affect the activity of the thyroid.

16. (Q) Shall the art work predominate at all costs in order to get and retain health? (A) Should predominate. Not at all costs, for many of the activities of the mental body will lead into those forces and influences that will aid in creating a better balance in the mental and physical body.

17. (Q) Taking the physical condition into consideration, is now the time to start Cayce group work? (A) Should correct the conditions in the body first, for betterment of the activities.

18. (Q) How can a recurrence of these attacks be prevented? (A) By stimulating the resistance in the body sufficiently in the blood supply and the sources of assimilation; for these that make for detrimental effects are from that assimilated creating less of the red blood supply than it should. Hence the stimulation to the activities of the lacteals and adrenals will make for the ability of the body to store resistance. Then, don't use it up at unnecessary activities.

19. (Q) Will you outline a more specific detail for the diet? (A) The body is a very good dietician in itself, and for itself; yet there should be stressed those things that have been outlined; that is, the beef juices that will give strength, and the milk with egg and stimuli with same - which may be preferable with dry milk, that the assimilation may be much better with same. These should be stressed. Then the general diet that is followed by the body. But the beef juices should be taken in the present every thirty minutes a teaspoonful, which will be most helpful to the body.

20. (Q) Give any other physical or mental advice for the body at this time. (A) Follow the suggestions that have been given for the physical reaction; for the better activities of the mental may be carried on through a body able to meet the resistances of activities in the body, making for the activities that in the mental there will be given strength, understanding, comprehension, that though there may be discouragements in the physical activities of self in the present, following close in the Way will bring health, happiness, joy, in service.

21. We are through. Copy to Self " " File (GD's note: DIRECTIONS FOR MAKING PURE BEEF JUICE Put small chunks raw beef in covered fruit jar. Put jar inside pan of water (water coming to about half the depth of jar). Boil until chunks of beef are thoroughly done. Strain. Keep juice in cool place.)
