Time of Reading 11:20 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, Mrs. [433]. Now, we find there are those conditions with the physical of which the body should be rather warned. While the body is very good in most respects, there are disturbances and conditions that, were the corrections made before the conditions become so subjugated by the destructive forces as are imminent in the system, there would be the near normal functioning, and later the conditions would be warned or warded off and the body may give better reactions for its own development and the service it may render.
2. These conditions have to do with specifics as exist, as well as disturbances in the physical functioning of organs. Though the organic conditions that are disturbed are specific, the organs as function as regarding the resuscitation of life are NOT disturbed, other than functional.
3. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, Mrs. [433] we are speaking of, present in this room.
4. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, here we find evidences of the pressure as is above normal, and this produced by a specific rather than even of functional disorder, for the functional disorder is rather the RESULT than the cause.
5. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, OR SYSTEMS RATHER, do we find the greater cause for distress, and the greater NEED for correction to bring the nearer normal conditions. In times back there existed a condition as is apparent in the last dorsal center, that pressure has been produced, and this causing too much of a sympathetic reaction has hindered, especially, a portion of the solar plexus reaction, as relating to the functioning of the liver as related to a portion of ITS functioning; for, as we find, the liver performs five, at least, different functionings for a system, and one portion or lobe may be disturbed without a hindrance to the other, save sympathetically. As is
433-1 Page 2
indicated here, we find THIS disturbance rather that of the DIGESTIVE system, producing - then - regurgitation, especially in the lower end or pyloric end, and the duodenum. This, as is seen then, creates for the system a full effect, or a fullness in the upper lobe, causing pressure, and the heart's reaction from same is of a sympathetic nature. This may be determined by the taking of the blood pressure under varied conditions, or during a period of twenty-four to forty-eight hours, and there will be a variation of at least twenty during such a period, and most any period may be chosen. In the EFFECT, then, do we find disturbances, and the CAUSE has been reached in only a mediocre way or manner. In the effect this produces in the sympathetic nerve system, the body very good - able to control self to a point; then UNABLE to control self, sympathetically - or for a whole nerve reaction would really find a state near collapse, or OVER-activity sympathetically. This, as we find, affects directly those of the organs that have to do with the sensory or sympathetic sensory system. Then, the body may be LITERALLY mad, BLINDLY mad, or BLINDLY glad, or any reaction, or speechlessly so, or such - see? These are reactions and evidences of conditions; NOT causes.
6. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF ORGANS THEMSELVES, brain forces and brain reaction good. Discernment above normal. Reaction through sensory organism such as has been given. The tonsils, the throat, the bronchia, the lungs these are very good, so far as not SYMPATHETICALLY concerned. Throat shows the effect of the pressure as has been indicated for the sympathetic system. The DIGESTIVE organism - here we find, as has been given, a condition as a result, rather than a cause; yet, were the result or the effects as are created in the digestive system CONTINUALLY to be TREATED, or to expect to reach the seat of the trouble by a continuation of such, we may be very sure there will be created DETRIMENTAL conditions that will be worse than the first cause; for irritation, either for elimination from the colon - as in enemas as have been used, or the continuation of creating for the system those of sufficient lactics or taking of cathartics to the extent that the system refuses to build within itself that that will so enable the mucus producing portions of the system to create sufficient that will carry refuse through the system, the eliminations must suddenly reach such conditions as to form either lacerations, ulceration, or the pancreas and liver and the gall ducts so become subnormal in their action as to bring irritations for their selves in THEIR reaction; for remember, each cell in
433-1 Page 3
an organism is as a universe in itself, each attempting to manifest the purpose for which its functions are set in an organism, and should coordinate one with another - but if irritation is continued, then the organ so affected by the inability of any unit to function within itself, sets about to create an organism or a functioning of its OWN. [See 6/17/31 doctor's letter, under 433-4 Background, indicating that an abdominal tumor has been found requiring surgery.] As is seen with the pancrean juices here, as is seen in the conditions as are created about the lacteal ducts here, where foods in their digestion for the body are carried in the lacteal ducts and the lacteals, or then CHANGED by so much of the cathartics to produce an over-secretion, as to CONTINUE to bring about the condition of too much hydrochlorics in the stomach proper. The stomach, continuing to dis-engorge itself, causes continual pain when food is taken, or soon thereafter. The kidneys suffer from such a strain, for it must perform its double function in conjunction with those of the rest of the hepatic circulation, or the liver and kidneys.
7. In the organs of the pelvis, here again we have a long existent condition that has lent to the nerve reactions in the system. By this continual irritation of the misplacement of the organs, the FUNCTIONING of this portion of the system receiving the same impulses as have been received through the rest of the system, functions to too GREAT an extent. Hence the prolonged condition in menses, the condition of the organs themselves, being in such position produce irritation, and these are the result of congestion as was brought about by too quick reaction for the condition, or there was brought that that produced congestion through cold, and irritation. Yes, this has been more than nine years ago, and this continual irritation will, unless corrected, gradually bring about a plethora condition along the Fallopian Tubes, and the building up of same necessary to be removed. These may be corrected, ALL of these, and the normalcy brought to the body. Not by operations - for these will only change the effect, unless there were a great many changes brought about for this body, Mrs. [433] now we are speaking of.
8. To meet the needs of the conditions, first the body should REST for at least three to five WEEKS, that the system may be thoroughly in accord with that vibration necessary to create in the nerve system - in other words, it must get over a "case of nerves" before one could, with any certainty, apply those things necessary for the proper corrections of these conditions in the system.
433-1 Page 4
9. Then, beginning soon after the thorough relaxation, we would correct those subluxations existent in the dorsal and lumbar regions - especially that in the 11th and 12th dorsal center, and do same by applying wet HEAT before a CORRECTION is made, that the whole of the cerebrospinal centers may be in one accord.
10. We would LOCALLY apply those [vaginal] antiseptics and packs, that the uterus might be made STRAIGHT, and SO MANIPULATE the organ centers as feed through same for eliminations, that these will take on proper incentive from nerve reaction.
11. While these conditions or corrections are being done, also those centers where the stomach itself and the liver plexus is given such manipulation that the stimuli is to form proper secretions throughout the stomach. Well that small quantities of elm bark be put in the drinking water, and also those of the saffron be alternated with same. Not necessary that ALL the water be of this, but the PRINCIPAL part.
12. Do this, and applying - after the third or fourth week of treatment, those of the sinusoidal ray to the 5th CERVICAL and the 9th dorsal, that the central nerve system, as radiates from these centers through the liver plexus, through the diaphragm reaction, may be brought to the proper coordination.
13. The diet should be that that will keep the body near in accord with NORMALCY for the proper reactions that are taking place. These would consist of - no starches, no sugars. Rather those that will give WEIGHT and blood vitality, NERVE ENERGY, nerve building. These will of necessity be those principally of the alkaline reaction. Fish and fowl may be taken in MODERATION, but MODERATE with same. Ready for questions.
14. (Q) What should be the normal weight of the body and how can it attain that weight? (A) Let this be better developed or determined by correcting the CONDITIONS of the body. Then we will find the near normalcy, both in weight and as to reactions coming about. Let's correct THESE, or else weight will not mean much to the body, whether over weight or under weight!
15. (Q) What should be done regarding the teeth and gums? (A) Change the conditions and reactions in system, and we will find these will necessarily be changed to meet the conditions.
16. (Q) Would a nasal operation be of benefit to the body? (A) Not at present.
17. (Q) Should these treatments be given while she is
433-1 Page 5
resting, or should the rest be first and then the treatments? (A) Rest should be first, for at least a week to two weeks - then the treatments begun. These should last from three to five.
18. (Q) The diet should be carried out from the beginning? (A) The diet should be carried out always! whether she wants to begin or wants to end!
19. (Q) Any other suggestions regarding this body? (A) As has been given, do that. We are through for the present.
