1. EC: This body, [433], we find bettered in MANY ways and manners than from that we have had here before. The greater care should be given as to the diet, that there are not the reactions from the hypogastrics and pneumogastrics with the system - for, as has been given, the greater disturbance in the body is the nervousness of the system and the inability of the system to coordinate the sympathetic and cerebrospinal reactions, and through these centers particularly - the hypogastric and pneumogastric - do we find those close associations and relations which have to do with the digestive system, and from which the arising of the gastric forces produce the pressure about the diaphragm, and around the heart at times - especially after eating; for we would find, while at times plain water would cause as much gas as would FOODS, this is when the body overtaxed in its MENTAL forces, or the activities of the nerves are at high state. It is, then, PARTICULARLY to this body, POISON for the body to take food OR drink when under any nerve excitement.
2. Ready for questions.
3. (Q) Why is nose dry? What remedy? (A) Keep up the manipulations, so that the balance between - This is just the very condition as we have been giving or talking about! The physician will see it! When the pneumogastric and hypogastric are overtaxed, there is not the sufficient relaxation produced for the general system, so that the mucus-producing forces for that portion of the system carry sufficient of the lymphatic circulation to those portions. This relaxing of the system will come nearer to creating a balance than ALL the local applications for such conditions, for where dryness occurs and this forms the natural condition for any soft tissue, as is seen in the nasal cavity, for GROWTHS [See 6/17/31 doctor's letter,

While the full circulation - capillary, lymphatic, and the central forces of system - would carry away the drosses, or the natural used forces of the system for, just as is seen in any natural means - that the tree grows by both the resistance and the use of nature - so in the body of man. To smell, or to indicate any condition through the nostril, is to use ENERGY of the system, which becomes as ash, or dross in system - just as of building of fire would burn the wood and the ashes and soot is left. These MUST be eliminated from system. If the CIRCULATION is of such a nature that these become ACCUMULATIONS, ANY portion of the system will suffer! This indicated here! A relaxation of the body, as has been given - the manipulations to keep the circulation near normal, will work wonders with the body - if it will take the time to DO it!
4. (Q) What to do regarding teeth? (A) Have them fixed!
5. (Q) Should water still contain elm bark and saffron? If so, for how long? (A) Until the condition is corrected!
6. (Q) What is heart condition? (A) Very good, except with the taxations as come through the pneumogastric and hypogastric - overtaxing nerve forces.
7. (Q) What treatments and how often should she continue to take? (A) Relaxation and the manipulations to equalize the circulation and the forces in the system.
8. (Q) How often? (A) Whenever necessary! Depends upon how much nominal exercise and how much mental strain is to be given body, whether that of physical or purely material or mental!
9. (Q) Why cannot body sleep more? (A) Wait until it learns to relax!
10. (Q) What are causes of two scars on left leg above knee? (A) Abrasion!
11. (Q) What correction? (A) Proper circulation!
12. (Q) Has the condition of the uterus been corrected? [By the vaginal antiseptic packs given by Dr. James R. Parker?] (A) In part, yes - but with the nerve strain taking place in the system these may be expected to sag back, unless the whole of the system is kept near normal.
