Time of Reading ... Ave., 10:55 to 11:05 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., D.C. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [436], present in this room; this we have had before.

2. A great many changes have taken place in the physical forces of the body since last we had same here. The greater portion of these changes have been toward and for the betterment of the physical conditions.

3. Still there are some conditions existent, especially in the ganglia where the sympathetic and cerebrospinal nerve forces coordinate one with another, that produce disturbances; such as:

4. The nerve reactions are not always coordinating with the mental influences of the body; not as a mental disturbance nor only a sympathetic reaction, but rather the inability of the impulses of the mental influences of the body to coordinate with the physical body itself.

5. Hence we have periods of unrest in self, periods of a wonderment as to what to do, yet the physical BODY is gradually on the improve.

6. As we would find, these would be the better influences in the body in the present:

7. We would continue with the adjustments and manipulations that make for a stimulation and a correction of the tendencies for subluxations in portions of the cerebrospinal system, giving special reference to those areas where the hypogastric and pneumogastric nerves - from digestive and assimilating area - accord with the nerve and blood supply of the central nerve and blood supply system; as through the upper dorsal and, specifically, through the cervical areas, making some corrections in the brachial area; also causing a stimulation to the blood from the head, as well as better coordinations in the ganglia of the 9th dorsal plexus, between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal

system, and in the brachial plexus at the 1st and 2nd dorsal center, and in the cervical areas from the 3rd to the 1st cervical.

8. These will cause a bettering of the physical conditions for this body.

9. We would also be mindful respecting the diets, that there is taken those things that are body-building in their nature. It would be well that there be changes in somewhat this manner:

10. Before the morning and evening meals we would take small quantities of Wyeth's Beef, Iron and Wine; not large quantities, but half to a teaspoonful in a little water. This would be as a tonic for the blood building, as the assimilations are made better by the activities of the hypogastric's reaction to the digestive area.

11. These will bring about the better physical forces for the body.

12. It would be well occasionally, once a week or twice a month, to have the low electrical vibration from the sinusoidal; or preferably the plain violet ray, that would be applied particularly to the lumbar and to the solar plexus area. This would be to create a balance of circulation through the superficial portion of the body, causing a bettering of the conditions.

13. Ready for questions.

14. (Q) How long should the violet ray treatments be given? (A) From three to ten minutes. It would not be out of order to extend such vibrations along the sciatic nerves to the lower portion of the feet; for these will aid in creating stimulation where there have been those activities from injuries to the body which have made a gathering of nerve ends in scar tissue. But the treatments would be specifically over the lumbar and to the solar plexus area, merely causing a conjunction with these to relieve the pressure when walking or when there is a good deal of physical or mental exercise.

15. (Q) What is the extent of the nerve injuries in the head? (A) These are rather of the reflex nature. From the piercing of portions of the bone structural forces, there is the necessity of removing scar tissue influence; but no pressure exists. These have not reached the conditions where they cause pressures, but rather there is an entanglement of superficial nerve ends.

16. (Q) As meat juices make me sick, what substitutes would give the same elements in my system as meat juices? (A) We have given the Wyeth's Beef, Iron and Wine tonic which will - in small quantities - combine with the

436-4 Page 3

body-vibrations; for, as indicated, the body is supersensitive in the mental and spiritual influences, but such properties would be sufficient to act with the up-building for the system.

17. (Q) Please outline a specific diet. (A) As indicated, it would be better to take those foods that have been and are found to agree with the body; for these would cause the better conditions for assimilations in the system. If the body is careful, consistent and persistent in this direction, these would adjust themselves better than saying today you may eat prunes and tomorrow you might eat pears; but these would be rather as the system demands to build that which the body knows is necessary for the elements in the system itself.

18. (Q) Do I drink too much milk at times? (A) If the milk is nearer fresh, not too much. Much preferable would be milk with the animal heat still in same; and then you may not drink too much.

19. (Q) Is it true that I have tuberculosis of the 3rd ventricle of the brain? (A) It is not!

20. (Q) Any other suggestions for me? (A) Follow these, as we find, and we will bring very much bettered conditions for this body, [436].

21. We are through with this reading.
