Time of Reading 4:00 to 4:15 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: We have the body here; this we have had before.
2. As we find, in many ways the general physical forces of the body are very good.
3. There HAS been the effect in the system of INHALING a gas from decomposition of cellulose forces. And these carrying quantities of a character of gas, the body has been affected by same (though not showing outwardly) such as to cause a disturbance in the circulation between the heart, the liver and the lower hepatic circulation.
4. Then, the normal equilibrium in these directions should be brought by the general exercises, and keeping the body- eliminations well in hand - by the use not so much of the cathartic stimuli activities but the correct proportions of green vegetables as well as the physical AND mechanical exercises - AND KEEPING IN THE OPEN!
5. Hence as we find: Occasionally, or once a week, we would have a thorough, deep mechanical or osteopathic manipulation. These would be especially for the activities of the glandular system as related especially to those between the upper portion of the kidney as with the gall duct; or between the adrenals and the activities through the liver, spleen and pancreas. These then would be not only from the dorsal but also through the lower dorsal and lumbar and sacral.
6. Then occasionally have the thorough hydrotherapy treatments; that is, with the Pine Oil Sweats and Rubs; that there may be a stimulation and a coordination between the sympathetic and the deeper circulation, or superficial and deep circulation. DO NOT take electrical treatments - unless it is the LOWEST form of such.
7. Walk or ride IN THE OPEN as often as plausible (and make it so!), especially - of course - the sunshine.
8. In the diet, at least have a raw vegetable in the meals during each day. Such a salad may be composed of any or all of these: tomatoes, lettuce, celery, onions, radish, leeks,

or mustard and the like; or slaw or celery cabbage, or any or all of these.
9. Do not eat too much meats; fish, fowl and lamb are preferable.
10. To be sure, the activities that have caused these disturbances arise not then from any condition which has as yet localized itself or produced a source of local infection; and for a neuritic or arthritic condition this must be the case. For arthritis and neuritis are RESULTS, or they are EFFECTS AND NOT CAUSES of conditions.
11. And these disturbances will be dissipated if there are those adjustments and exercises and precautions followed as to the diet, as indicated; we will find that the body will respond, and those conditions produced by the inhalation and the effect upon the digestive system of those conditions causing this will be dissipated.
12. Ready for questions.
13. (Q) What doctor in New York would you advise to follow these suggestions? (A) As we find, Dobbins AND Reilly [Frank P. Dobbins, D.O.; Harold J. Reilly, Ph.T]. Each of these, of course - not just either, but BOTH, see? in their individual spheres of treatments.
14. (Q) What caused the pain in left shoulder and arm of 2 hours duration? (A) As has been indicated, the effects from inhalation of gases from cellulose; and this in the form of such that it was decomposing. And this combined with poisons in system produced the condition that became as a REFLEX in the circulatory forces between heart, liver, kidneys; finding its focal point in that area about the hand's breadth from the secondary cardiac - left shoulder here. Do these things and we will bring the better forces for this body, [437].
15. Ready for questions.
16. (Q) Is raw cauliflower beneficial as a raw vegetable? (A) If it is THOROUGHLY masticated, it is well to occasionally take same. The reactions from this are very good, if it is THOROUGHLY masticated; but it's hard to digest when not!
17. (Q) Any other advice for the body at this time? (A) Do these.
18. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file
