Time of Reading 3:10 to 3:40 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.J. (Body and enquiring mind, also his [438] Health Service in Rockefeller Center, N.Y. City, and his ... Farm, ..., N.J. Ques. reg. his affairs.)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [438], present in this room; those conditions, those circumstances that are a portion of the experience of the entity or body in the present.

2. In the physical forces of the body itself, these as we find show much improvements since last we had same here. There needs be, however, those precautions as to the strain, the activity of the body, and the necessity of the body being more mindful of those elements that make for body- resuscitation as related to the tendons and muscular forces that have had the disturbances in the body; so that with the physical activity those elements that have to do with the production of sinew, muscle, tissue as related to same are supplied, also that the eliminations are kept such that the toxic forces do not become as a portion of the experiences. For with these we would have a stiffening of the extremities, those disturbances about the knee.

3. Those conditions in the back as has been indicated need the closer attention from straining and as we find the general forces would remain for the better body-building.

4. The greater activity with same should be gradual, with the massages, the oil rubs, the electrifying - but not the too high frequency in the activities of same would be the better.

5. Ready for questions.

6. (Q) How much activity should I devote to the Rockefeller Center institution considering my health and the needs of the business? (A) At least two-thirds of the ACTIVE service is necessary. For while there are those associated with the active service of [438] Health Service, there are those great numbers of

438-6 Page 2

individuals and individuals' activities that realize and know that the PERSONAL service of [438] himself makes for a different condition. Hence not only from the mental and the material angle but from the activity of self as related to same. DO NOT TIRE self to the point of where there becomes such nerve exhaustion that the body becomes jittery, as it were, or supersensitive to little conditions or circumstances that arise that make for aggravations in the mental experience. For all of these would work for hardships. Otherwise, as has been indicated, at least two-thirds of the greater activity should be there.

7. (Q) In what direction should these activities extend - advertising, executive management, or close supervision of the treatments? (A) As has been indicated, the close personal supervision of the treatments will make for a greater extension than a great deal of money spent in advertising. As for the executive abilities, these are not lacking but they should not require too much of the time; for these tend to aggravate. Hence as we find the supervision of the applications of the treatments, personally, makes for the greater expansion not only with individuals and groups but there IS, as has been given, the realization on the part of others, more and more, that there are those faculties within the activity of the body itself that oft the body itself does not explain nor know the ends thereof but they bring the results. That's what the individual seeks and that's what makes for the greater and better advertising.

8. (Q) In what particular capacity may my assistant, Mr. [...] be of the greatest help? (A) The assistance in the directions of the applications and in the greater executive activities in those overseeing or meeting with others in their activities. Let the self ever be, then, as the last word.

9. (Q) As the institution justifies through capacity business, should I expand or raise rates? (A) Gradually it will come to both. Do not expand too fast, but use the capacity and the rates for the greater benefits that are derived by the patrons.

10. (Q) Any other suggestions regarding the handling of the Rockefeller Center institution? (A) These, as has been indicated, will require a greater portion of the services and these carried properly. And while there has been from the material gains the successful operations, the REAL success is the greater aid to those in not only the physical but in the mental and the spiritual aptitudes, and these the body may itself best supply. Thus the closer contact the body itself comes with those that are of special interest; and most individuals feel themselves as requiring the best. Hence to act in those capacities as has been better given would bring the greater success, the greater activities for the body, the more in keeping with that the body itself needs physically and mentally, and make for the better service to all.

11. (Q) Regarding the country place: Should I continue the association as now handled relative to the Farm? (A) This as we find has proven thus far the more satisfactory, though this will require - as conditions develop, if there is the continuation of this - more and more of the EXECUTIVE ability regarding the activities there. For there should be the requirements for the attention for individuals for whom there are greater possibilities of helpful forces in their associations and activities in the Farm. Hence as we would give, it would be well to continue but to make for such associations or arrangements that these instructions, or those as may be given from time to time, are capable of being carried out, or are in capable hands when these are given in those associations and surroundings.

12. (Q) Is the association of Mrs. [1262] and Mr. Burleigh a practical one to make a success of the Farm? (A) A practical one, provided this phase as has been indicated is kept AS the leading or the major association.

13. (Q) What would be the value of mud and clay treatments that could be given at the farm and what beneficial chemicals do they now possess? (A) These as we find in certain characters of conditions are especially adaptable; for those with the arthritic, rheumatic and static conditions to the nervous systems of the body. For they ARE of that nature that they supply to most bodies, under this stress of lack of elements, those influences that would revivify in that direction. Hence they may be said to be of the ionizing effect. For the practical valuations are from the ionization that occurs

438-6 Page 4

from chlorine, the ionizing elements as come from portions of copper and their application to the body under those conditions where they are produced as mud baths.

14. (Q) From a financial standpoint would it be advisable to concentrate more on these types of treatments? (A) It would be more advisable provided there are those environs or those conditions prepared FOR the HANDLING of same. For while the executive's activity is one thing, the application of those things suggested is another; and the applications are present, though the executive application in these directions is not altogether with those handling same - in the present.

15. (Q) Which would be best combination to make a success of the Farm? Mrs. [1262] alone, Mr. Burleigh alone, or both working together? (A) As has been indicated, the PRACTICAL application is the combination. For while there arises some antagonistic forces, from the very application and from the other side or from the social or the rest associations, the combination would be better. But if there is the application of those influences such that the other third of the time used by self in the executive forces there, these would make for - from the financial standpoint and from the GOOD that may be obtained - a much greater and better success.

16. (Q) Should I retain any active interest in the Farm and in what capacity? (A) As has been indicated, in seeing it's done like it wants it done! and as he knows is best for not only those the body sends but for those making the applications! because most of those individuals who would go there would be sent by self, or from the associations of self and its activities in the [438] Service at Rockefeller Center. Consequently, maintain the position not as just boss, not as because of the authority but for the good of both those handling the individuals and MOST for the individuals that would be sent there.

17. (Q) I expect to have the opportunity to sell about half the Farm at a good profit. Should I accept this, if so when? (A) This would depend entirely upon the arrangements that may be made as to the handling of the Farm under those supervisions or activities as has been suggested. Then if there is the decision on the part of all concerned that those upper portions or those portions where the division may be made may be disposed of without a hindrance to the service to be carried on there, then dispose; but as we find, if these are handled as has been indicated, it'll

438-6 Page 5

all be needed - and then some, a little later!

18. (Q) Would the proposed development be successful and would it be advisable for me to retain some interest in connection with this development? Advise me regarding this. (A) If the development is carried through as has been suggested, while the ideas are practical, some of those at the head or the center of the development are rather windy - or they are more talk than ACTIVITY! But we would retain an interest if the development arises, and NOT even consider disposal until there is a greater ASSURANCE that these would work to the greater advantage for the body itself. Don't be used; rather be in the position to supply that which may be of greater help to those developing same.

19. (Q) Any further suggestions regarding handling the Farm? (A) As we find, the following of those combinations and maintaining the association through letting self be the last word in the handling of individuals that may be there for the various characters of treatments would be the better. Do that.

20. (Q) Any other advice or counsel which would be of help to me at this time? (A) As has been given for the body, do not think on these lightly; that self, not alone of self but for the opportunities that self offers to others to become more of a help to themselves and those that may be dependent upon them, or may be associated or affiliated with those various groups or activities, the self has been endowed by its abilities as has been indicated in its associations and activities in its own service that it renders oft to others - through the very touch of the healing forces as go to give to others that which is of a greater service than may be rendered in any other manner. Not as a lauding over others but as a service to others.
