Time of Reading 76 Ranch, 3:35 to 3:40 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Bonita, Arizona. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes. The impressions about the body of [440] at this time are not all good.

2. The physical forces of the body we find somewhat improved, yet there is not all the improvement that is desired by the body.

3. While the present surroundings are desirable and helpful to the body physically and mentally, in many respects, we find that it would be well were there some changes made; and some more definite applications made for the enlargement or soft portion on the rib, where there has been indicated the tendency for accumulation of forces without there being sufficient drainages from the body to take care of the accumulations from the forming of blood clots in bone structure - that comes from an injury of this nature and character. [Rib fracture? See 440-2.]

4. Then we would have some X-Ray first made of the condition, and then a treatment with the X-Ray to reduce the tendency of swelling.

5. In the main we find many conditions that are much more hopeful and helpful than indicated heretofore. The eliminations are somewhat improved; but these have depended, to be sure, upon the manner and character of diet and the activities of the body in its exercise. It is evidenced also that at times there are the inclinations for the body to so influence the activity of the emunctory and lymph circulation through the alimentary canal as to make for disturbances that create the inflammation that finds itself manifesting in the accumulations in the side. Not that there should be allowed any periods when there should be an excess of drosses in the system, for the tendency would be to make for a dullness and headaches and the general reaction to be bad. But to so stimulate the secretions by either cathartics or too much oils, or too much of the enemas, is to take from the system at times those things

that are so necessary for the system to gain its normal equilibrium.

6. What would be, then, an ideal manner for the body in its physical condition to meet the conditions at the present time?

7. As given, first we would make X-Rays. Not that the condition is of a nature that is more than can be coped with, with such treatments, but to SATISFY the self that the character of condition as given exists!

8. Then, in taking such treatments, there would be the proper precautions not to have burns; and not such severe treatments as to destroy activities in the system, of which the body has been fearful in some measures and some directions, but that these may be eliminated in their proper course.

9. Be mindful of the diets, keeping the proper exercise mentally and physically. Keep the activities necessary for keeping a constructive attitude; and we will find conditions improved.

10. Ready for questions.

11. (Q) Why does sugar in any form hurt my teeth? (A) If it hurts the teeth, leave it off! The drainages of the system, or from the system, are of such natures that this is the same as a COMBUSTION (and a great deal of it mental!). So, leave it off! Use honey in the honeycomb; not that which carries glucose or the like (and the type of candy that has been used also, but leave it off).

12. (Q) How much honey may be taken each day? (A) Half an ounce to two ounces would not be too great a quantity. But only that in the honeycomb, WITH the honeycomb.

13. (Q) Would it be better to take the animated ash before a sunbath? (A) Decidedly so, as it is more active and there is better reaction by the effect of the ultra-violet rays upon the body.

14. (Q) Would a change in environment be beneficial? (A) As indicated, be well that some measures be taken. Not that there is to be produced any over exaggerated anxiety as to the condition, but meet it while it exists! Or it may be absorbed and go into some other condition, unless eliminated properly.

15. (Q) Where would you suggest for the body to go to have this done? (A) Wherever it chooses, where it may have the advantage of the best in this direction.

16. (Q) Is there any further advice as to my welfare at

440-17 Page 3

this time? (A) This will be sufficient at the present time. There may be suggestions, much; for with the surroundings and the mental attitudes assumed, the attitudes that are the impelling forces in the mental associations are in those positions where the environmental and hereditary conditions are combative.
