Time of Reading 8:55 to 9:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., New Jersey. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [447]. Now, as we find, there are conditions that disturb the better physical or normal condition of the body. Some have become near normal for this body that would be abnormal for others.

2. In describing that which may be helpful to the general physical conditions in this body and that which is disturbing the normalcy, these would be quite different.

3. Then, these are the conditions [as] we find them with this body, [447] we are speaking of, present in this room.

4. Through the BLOOD SUPPLY, or circulation, this we find deficient in some respects, due to impoverishments in the general system. And hence contributory to that which would be called disturbing for a betterment of a physical body. Yet these arise more from other distresses than being that which IS the direct cause.

5. For, through the NERVE reactions and the strain in which the body has existed and does to the greater extent exist, there is produced a reaction on the body that is tending to make for this character or form of anemia; though not anemic from the sense of being a specific cause - rather an effect.

6. The ORGANS of the body: As to the eyes, where there have been conditions that have prevented them from responding to responses in the nerve system for producing vision in the activities, these show little reaction or response in bringing or producing normalcy for these conditions; yet the general physical health and the general condition physically of the body builded to a better resistance in the system may to the activities of the body make a better outlook upon life in such a manner as for the body-physical to respond to that which may be awakened from WITHIN, that will make the world, the life, a much better one than many with their

visions being impaired from other than physical.

7. In building, then, that as we would find would be for the responses in the physical to make the physical reactions throughout the system those of the better natures, as for the building up of a better physical organism in the energies for the whole system, there should be the activities throughout the generative reaction in the blood supply and nerve forces; thus strengthening the whole abilities of the physical body to meet the emergencies and resistances that may be builded in that direction.

8. Then, awaken more the visions from within, that may add to the moral forces, the spiritual activities, the lightening from within that may bring to self and to those whom the entity may contact that which will make for an experience, a life, worthwhile.

9. In the organs of the system as related to the heart's action, as related to the digestive organs of the system: Through the general building up - by the use of those influences that will make for the quieting of the nerve influences in the body, without producing within the organism detrimental reaction to any portion of the body - will make for the betterment towards that which would assist in bringing the best to the physical forces of the body, [447].

10. Ready for questions.

11. (Q) What would you suggest as a line of treatment? (A) Any that will make for a quieting activity in the experience of the body, and in the influencing that portion which will make for stimulation to a better normalcy in the system. Rather these may be maintained or gained through the general mental relationships of the body as related to the surroundings and the environs, and those things that become necessary for production or producing in the physical organisms the necessary balance to keep in the body the nearer resistances. These may be added according to the needs from time to time. Build rather, then, in the mental and spiritual relationships of the body, with itself and its relationships to its fellow man and his Maker. For, these will make for, in this body, in this life, that which will answer more than all the material applications that may be made for a physical health of this body.

12. (Q) Are there any suggestions for the physical condition of the eyes, in the way of treatment? (A) The more of an irritation produced, more distress would be caused to this body. That which may be found most in the

447-1 Page 3

spiritual activity will aid more than all applications materially, to this body, [447], whether they be within or without. Faith in the Creator and the abilities of self to find the associations and relations with Him, will aid more than ALL material applications.

13. (Q) Will you give any counsel or advice for the body personally at this time? (A) Study to show thyself approved unto thy Maker, rightly DIVINING the words of truth, keeping self unspotted from the world, making known in thine heart, in thine soul, the desires of thy heart as respecting that He would have thee do in THIS thine experience in the earth.
