1. GC: You will give a physical, mental and spiritual reading for this body, answering the questions which I will ask you regarding any of these.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [454], present in this room. In the physical, mental and spiritual body, here these may be treated as one; for the body is very capable - physically, mentally and spiritually well balanced with the mental and physical. While few find that the whole purport of the body, physical-mental-spiritual, is wholly in accord with their ideas or ideals, this does not alter the purpose of the entity, and should not be altered even as much as at times it IS done; for the fear of "What will people say?"

3. While the physical is very good in most respects, there may be warnings given that, taken in time and adhered to, will prove most beneficial for the body - physical and mental. In the eliminations as are very good MOST of the time, there is seen, however, the tendency for the body to overtax self - especially as regarding the eliminations as related to that of the creating necessary that certain portions be kept balanced. These conditions at times work hardships upon the spleen and the pancreas. Not that these give the tendency, as yet, toward the accumulation as is termed diabetic, but they DO give off those that cause the taxation to the glands that control the kidneys' function, and that keep the equilibrium between the liver AND the kidneys. So that, instead of this turning, as it would ordinarily be considered, in the direction of creation of sugar, the tendency will be towards the softening of the kidneys, and the tendency of the accumulations of THAT nature in the system.

4. Will there be taken [If there will be taken] in the system, at regular intervals, those properties that are not habit forming, neither are they effective towards creating the condition where cathartics are necessary for the activities through the alimentary canal - whether related to

454-1 Page 2

the colon or the jejunum, or ileum - yet these will change the vibrations in such a manner as to keep clarified the assimilations, and aid the pancreas, the spleen, the liver and the hepatic circulation, in keeping a normal equilibrium. These [properties] would be found on those of the ambrosia weed, made in this manner:

5. To 6 ounces of distilled water, add 3 ounces of the GREEN ragweed, or ambrosia weed. Steep for sufficient period to reduce this to half the quantity. Then strain, adding to this 2 ounces of simple syrup, with 1 ounce of grain alcohol. Shake the solution before the dose is taken. The dose would be half a teaspoonful twice each day, when the period for taking has arisen - or take it about once each month, for three or four days. This will aid the digestive system, will aid the whole of the ELIMINATING system.

6. Well, too, that the body take some DEFINITE exercise in the OPEN. This should be to keep the mental and the physical well balanced together.

7. In the mental body, this [is] creative in many respects, and in different channels. These should be developed, or magnified - for the development exists, but keep same well balanced in that the creative in the writing, the creative in expression, creative in the administering to the needs of others, should be in that form, in that manner, of the well ROUNDED life - and the experiences of same necessary for the full or the complete development and understanding of an individual making manifest in same how an individual may, or DOES, become one-sided by accentuation of faculties, talents, or what not - but that whether in music, in expression, in dramatic art, in painting, in sculpture, in that of the well-rounded athletic - it requires the knowledge, the understanding, the application, of [the fact] that life must be kept as a whole, that the understanding and viewpoint of individuals may be seen and understood, to be appreciative, effective, or sufficient.

8. In the spiritual life, keep close to that as has been accorded in the mental forces of the body - knowing that in the understanding of the relationships of the spiritual body there must be need of the mental and physical for its material manifestation; though, that - whatever there may be conceived by the mind of a body, it finds ITS replica in a material experience; for with the body, mind and spirit does one present itself WHOLLY acceptable UNTO the divine, WHATEVER that may be made in the terms of worshipfulness; for IN the spiritual one lives, moves, and has one's being - and the spirit is willing, and the flesh will follow, will the mental [if the mental will] build in that direction that

they are KEPT in accord one with another. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) How can body avoid constant restlessness and sense of frustration and uselessness? Why doesn't her home life and her charities satisfy her? (A) These will, when they are made one with the mental, physical and spiritual well-being; for these have been kept SEPARATED - and one as not knowing what the other did, but in the coordinating of the physical and mental and spiritual well-being, of that as may be accomplished in the home, in the charity, or in the associations socially, these should be EVER with the eye single of that, "whatsoever my hands find to do, that will I do, with an eye single of showing, manifesting, living, BEING, my concept of the divine."

10. (Q) What can she do about her husband's [3752]'s attitude about having lived long enough and having accomplished enough? He is only fifty-two years old. [GD's note: 2/7/30 Her husband obtained a Physical Rdg. 1/42 Friend Mr. [257] wrote that Mrs. [454] had died of cancer. Her husband outlived her.] (A) Then, so act in self as to show, as to manifest, that in the physical one must manifest that concept of the mental and the spiritual, as to be ever worth while to EVERY relationship of life. That lived, will draw - for, even as has been given, even as the serpent that was lifted up, drew men unto its own, and through being lifted up brought healing in the body, the mind and the spiritual life of those who LOOKED up. [Num. 21:8; John 3:14]

11. (Q) Will she make a success of writing and why are not more of her stories published? Should she continue using story and play agents? (A) She may, but attune them in that direction as has been pointed out for the abilities are there. Use them! DO NOT abuse them!

12. (Q) What is best way to bring out talents. By dictating to someone or by typing herself? (A) Dictating, for this body.

13. (Q) When can she expect this success and through what channels? (A) Channels as has been given. When? When the application is made in the way and MANNER as has been outlined.

14. (Q) Should she write alone or collaborate with someone? (A) Write alone.

15. (Q) What books should she read to improve talents? (A) Those of the reasoning, as of the Socrates - or of those of Aristotle.

16. (Q) How could she improve her attitude toward her children?

454-1 Page 4

(A) Live it!

17. (Q) What causes the circles or pouches under her eyes? (A) This is as has been given, that condition as referred to in the circulation - especially the kidneys. There has been given a way that these may be removed, and how the cleansing for the system may be accomplished. Just do that!

18. That is all the questions.

19. Much may be accomplished by this entity setting itself aright WITH itself and with its concept of its Creator. THIS, do! for this is the way, the truth and the light. We are through. Copy to Self " " Ass'n office " " Cayce Hospital
