Time of Reading 11:15 A. M. New York City. (Body & enquiring mind, especially concerning the series of radio sketches she has written for radio reception. You will advise the most successful manner of having them accepted, and advise as to any improvement in the presentation or writing. Also answer the questions which she has submitted, as I ask them.)

1. EC: We have the body, the enquiring mind, [454], and that information that has been compiled. In the considering of presenting the sketches as have been prepared by the body, we find these are worth while as to the impressions or awakening in the minds and hearts of those that would listen. Well that these be considered much in the manner as they have been prepared. To be sure, there will be the little minor changes made, as will be suggested by those TO whom the appealing portions of same come as listeners.

2. In the manner of presenting same, as we find, there are those boards, or agencies, as make a specialty of considering data for the various chains of broadcasting, both as to those that may be used as advertising mediums for the better products and those as are the actions or activities of the chains themselves. Those of the mediums of advertising offer the better prospect for the purpose as desired by the body. Hence those that consider such from this angle would be the better channel for the presenting of same. Either through the agencies of such boards or through, or to, some of the announcers themselves. As we find, these may receive the better reception over, or through, the National Broadcasting chains.

3. In the alterations as we would find, as given, these will come for and through the reception that is given. Ready for questions.

4. (Q) Advise body the MOST DIRECT means of getting work accepted at once. (A) As given, through the advertising mediums, or those of such groups as make a specialty in this direction. As has been indicated, through this MEDIUM, that that will better

INDICATE through the type of data prepared, will offer the better GROUPINGS for consideration - see? As in those that have to do most with the household, or those products that may be discussed in the manner in which the lines are prepared, that present the medium FOR the advertising - see?

5. (Q) What is best network for these sketches? (A) As we find, through the National.

6. (Q) Who would be best person to approach at that station - the National? (A) As given, those agencies that make a specialty of gathering or getting together those programs for such as outlined, see? Or direct to some of the announcers in this - some of the better ones - that may aid in the placing of such.

7. (Q) Which one would the Forces suggest? (A) In the National!

8. (Q) Any special announcer in the National? (A) Those WHOM the body may reach the easier.

9. (Q) Should body act in radio skits she has just written? (A) These would be very well, but - as we would find - these would require that there be too much strenuous work for the body in the preparation AND in the broadcasting of same also. Though these might be well in their presentation through these channels.

10. (Q) Is title "Other People's Lives" good one for these sketches? (A) VERY good one! especially in the way they are presented in most of the sketches as already prepared; and may be worked in well WITH those as suggested in the outlining for same - see?

11. (Q) Any other advice for the body at this time that would be of benefit? (A) As we would find, the body should still continue to make preparations for that writing as has been outlined FOR the body. [See 454-2.] We are through for the present.
