Time of Reading 10:50 to 11:10 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions she has submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [457].

3. Now as we find, there are some changes since last we had the body here.

4. While there are some disturbing factors in the physical forces of the body, as we find the greater disturbance arises from anxieties through the emotional self; while these necessarily have to do with and aid in producing and bringing disturbing factors in the physical functioning.

5. Hence we may find the needs for the use of mechanical, mental and spiritual processes in bringing and keeping the normal physical forces of the body.

6. Then, there are not such great physical disturbances as to alarm or produce great uneasiness in the physical body here.

7. As to the conditions which exist in the face, head and neck - these arise from a disturbance in the nerve forces to the teeth.

8. As we find, it would be better and more satisfactory to one administering helpful forces here, that there be an X-Ray made of same on the side where the disturbance is. Then we will find those areas that need the removal of some deficient places, as well as a foreign substance close to the gum BETWEEN same, see? [See 457-6 on 3/7/39.]

9. In the general physical forces as related to those disturbances as from a leukorrhea - this as we find arises from an irritation which has arisen with too great an amount of cold water used at a time too close to the Periods; causing something like a neuralgia of the organs in the pelvis.

10. As we find, if there would be used douches with body-temperature water and Atomidine in same (the proportions being a teaspoonful to a quart and a half of

457-4 Page 2

water), these conditions would disappear. Use such in a Fountain Syringe, rather than with a force in same as to produce too great a pressure upon the walls of the vagina.

11. Take the regular exercises, keeping the feet dry, keeping plenty warm, especially during those periods close to the menstrual flow, before AND after.

12. And we would use the Radio-Active Appliance to bring an aid in coordinating the mental AND the physical forces of the body; keeping the plates clean before and after attaching to the body each time this is used. Use whenever tired, fatigued, or when there is any feeling of great MENTAL anxiety; twenty to fifty to sixty minutes at a time when practical.

13. Use such periods as the period for meditation. And while making such meditation, in thy own words let the attitude and the desire, mentally and physically, be such as this:

14. FATHER, GOD! I (calling thine own name) SEEK TO BE AT A ONEMENT WITH THEE. CREATE THAT DESIRE, THAT PURPOSE IN MY OWN CONSCIOUSNESS EACH DAY, WITH EACH ASSOCIATION AND EACH ACTIVITY THAT I MAY BE THE FILLING OF THAT PURPOSE FOR WHICH I CAME INTO MATERIAL EXPERIENCE; THAT I MAY BE THE BETTER CHANNEL OF BLESSINGS TO OTHERS DAY BY DAY.

15. USE ME, FATHER, GOD, IN THAT WAY AND MANNER! HELP ME EACH MOMENT TO REALIZE THE CLOSE WALK WITH CHRIST, THY SON.

16. In such an attitude, in such a manner, may there be builded mentally, physically, the better coordinant forces and influence with the spiritual, the mental and the physical body of [457].

17. Ready for questions.

18. (Q) Can I inherit or pass on to my children the mental and physical disease of my aunt [...]? (A) POSSIBLE; but very, VERY improbable - if there is kept a normal balance of the elements in the blood supply for replenishing all nerve energies of the system; which CAN be, may be tested by an analysis of the blood stream for those hormones of the perfect coagulation and perfect balance between red blood and white blood supply.

19. (Q) Can childbirth cause it? (A) Not in this body.

20. (Q) Can I be in any way affected by it? (A) Only as the mental self dwells upon same and thus create a field, an attitude for such reactions as to cause a disturbance.

21. (Q) Could overwork or any overstrain bring about this mental snap? (A) Only as such would bring deterioration to that supply

457-4 Page 3

as indicated, that must be kept in balance.

22. (Q) Is it true that this mental weakness has been in the family for generations and comes up at intervals? (A) Where there is the lack of sufficient of the negative and positive plasm about each blood center, such is a weakness. Not necessarily family hereditary, then, but a natural consequence of not proper physical and mental preparations for offspring BY the contacting or contracting parties. [Rh. factors?]

23. (Q) Can this in any way be proven, that it is not hereditary? (A) As has been indicated.
