1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [457]; this we have had before.

3. As we find, conditions in the main are very good. While there are the tendencies for overweight, there may be brought about nearer the normal weight for the body with those precautions that have been indicated, and with the lack of taking foods with much starch, and supplying energies by the use of the grape juice diet - not fermented grape juice, but unfermented, see?

4. Stir two ounces of grape juice in one ounce of plain water (never carbonated water) and take half an hour before each meal and at bedtime.

5. And with these, and the correct character of exercise, we should bring much bettered conditions for the body throughout.

6. Ready for questions.

7. (Q) Will my age be a detriment in my desire to have a child? (A) This will not be a detriment, provided there are the proper precautions as to the better preparing of the body; not so fleshy that there would become hardships of the kidneys during the period of pregnancy, see? Hence, as we find, we would reduce at least eight to ten pounds before such was begun - and have better eliminations in the main through the whole body-forces, see?

8. (Q) Is a strict diet for a short time advisable to start the breaking down of fat? (A) As has been indicated, that character of diet may be maintained for some little time, you see - and not be weakening to the body.

9. (Q) What exercises? (A) Walking is the best exercise for the body. Long walks.

10. (Q) Is the DuBarry Success Course, conducted by the

Richard Hudnut Salon good for me? (A) Very good; though as we find, if there would be the practical application of the diet, and the exercises - the walking, and plain hydrotherapy, it would be as well or better.

11. (Q) Will the heart condition be corrected as I lose weight? (A) The heart as well as the kidneys - THIS is more to be feared, or to be warned of, than the heart condition - if there is not the reduction in weight.

12. (Q) Does occasional dizziness come from this heart condition? (A) It comes rather from the incoordination between liver and kidneys. This, of course, flushes - or produces the flush back to the heart, but is the liver-kidney condition rather than heart condition.

13. (Q) Is the vaginal discharge normal? (A) This would be overcome very well with the use of Glyco-Thymoline douches; that is, a tablespoonful to a quart of water, body temperature, used once or twice a week - which should be sufficient, unless the discharge becomes more disturbing. This should clarify and clear conditions.

14. (Q) At what period of the month will conception most readily take place with me? (A) Just before the periods for the menstrual flow.

15. (Q) Any further advice? (A) Keep the spiritual attitude for greater creative influences; using those meditations as of using body and mind for the activity of Creative Influences as may manifest through the promises in the Christ-child.

16. We are through for the present. Copy to Self - Special Delivery " " Ass'n file (Readings have suggested Welch's Grape Juice as the purest of the more well known varieties on the market.)
