1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes - we have the body here.
3. As we find, in the main, conditions are developing nominally. However, the body should take those precautions about being on the feet so much and not using them. Standing is hard on the body, as is being indicated by the swelling in the limbs - which will tend to make very bad circulation, and produce varicose veins unless there ARE some activities taken to prevent same. Either WALK or DON'T STAND ON THE FEET SO MUCH! Walking is the best form of exercise for the body.
4. If there will be the walking, and not merely standing or resting, and the taking of a small quantity of Mullein Tea every other day, these will disappear - and this disturbance will disappear. The therapeutic reaction is to better circulation - through the kidneys, especially as related to the lower limbs.
5. Prepare the Mullein Tea in this manner: Bruise the fresh Mullein Leaves and some of the flower, especially at this period of the year. Use about two ounces (in quantity, not in weight) to about a quart of water. Let this steep as tea. Take two or three ounces every other day; it may be taken twice during that day, but this is the quantity to be consumed during the day, see? Keep it in a cool place, and make fresh almost each time it is used, see?
6. Do take the Calcios as has been indicated, once each week; the quantity as would be spread on a whole wheat cracker - and eat the cracker also, see? not too much, so as to increase the heart beat of the body depending on the body, but as to aid in the better reaction through structural portions, and teeth, and especially the glandular system activity - especially in the present as correlated with the thyroid, thymus, and the adrenals. necessitate, though, the proper activity; that there be some regular exercise in walking.

8. (Q) Please clarify instructions [See 457-12, Par. 20-A] to follow diet outlined by physician, as I have had no diet outlined except through the Rdgs.? [Does this mean I should follow the diet outlined in the booklets I have regarding prenatal care? I thought I had been doing this - in what way have I failed? Is there anything in particular that I am eating that I should not, or failing to add to my diet that is important?] (A) Then have him outline one! He should know what to tell people to eat, if he's going to tend to the mother! If he doesn't, he's a poor physician - discharge him and get another!
