1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for the further improvement of same. You will answer the questions regarding this that I will ask you.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. We have had this before, you see.
3. Now, we find there are some changes in the conditions within the physical forces of this body, from that as we have had here before. There are some that have been corrected in a way and manner, yet the effects of those conditions, as were produced in the system by this derangement, or by this leakage, as it were, in the eliminating channels, being misdirected, has left those conditions in the body that at times give distress to the system. This, we find, is especially true in that that may be called the cellular activity of the equilibrium of the system, or the abilities of the system to coordinate the replenishing cellular forces, as are assimilated, for the system's building. Hence we have a condition existent in the lacteal ducts, where the dissemination of the cellular units in circulation, by this diffused condition in the assimilated portions of replenishing cellular force, give improper incentives, as it were, for elimination and rebuilding in the system. Much, as we see, of this condition was produced by that condition existing in the mouth, teeth, tonsils, and that poison absorbed in the system, with the condition as existed in the glands in the body, where the ductless reaction appears, gave this retractory reaction in this system. Hence, conditions as exist in the capillary circulation, in the emunctories of the body - the liver in its inactivity, the kidneys in their improper functioning - these are the effects of the affectation as is seen from within.
4. Then, to clear these conditions, we find this would be necessary: Not only to add to the system those properties that would bring about the normal equilibrium in
460-2 Page 2
assimilation and elimination, but also in dissemination of the cellular rebuilding forces in the body. Then, we would take these properties, then, in the body at the present time, for the atmospheric conditions, the season, the cycle of the body development, which will coincide better at present than it might in various stages of the condition. Take, then, this:
5. First prepare THIS as a carrier for the medicinal properties:
6. To 1 gallon of distilled water, add 6 ounces wild cherry bark. Reduce this by simmering (not boiling) to at least 1/2 gallon. See? Then strain. Add to this solution (then strained off) 8 ounces of cane sugar. Reduce THIS, then, by slow boiling, to 1 quart. THEN we would add these: Syrup of Sarsaparilla..................1 ounce, Fluid Extract Yellow Dock Root.......1/4 ounce, Tincture Stillingia..................1/4 ounce, Extract Poke-Root.....................20 drops, Tincture Valerian....................1/2 ounce, Exlixia Calisaya.....................1/2 ounce, Tincture, or Extract Sassafras Root..1/4 ounce, Oil of Peppermint.....................10 minims.
7. Shake the solution well together each time before the dose is taken, and the dose should be teaspoonful 3 times each day, taken before meals - about half an hour.
8. During the whole time these properties are being taken, the system should NEVER allow itself to become clogged. That is, the action from the intestinal system should be kept open; not by taking any purgatives; rather by the diet, and by enemas, SHOULD this be necessary; though, if the diet is kept in the right manner, we will find these properties will eliminate, and will produce assimilation and dissemination of the cellular forces in system.
9. As to those conditions that ALREADY EXIST in the capillary circulation, where blotches, spots, or conditions that are unsatisfactory, these should be treated locally, with the electrical points, that will reduce this condition. These, however, should NOT be begun until at least a quarter of the properties have been taken in the system.
10. Through this way, this manner, we will find the whole general physical condition of this body, [460], will be brought to a NORMAL condition throughout.
11. Do that. Ready for questions.
12. (Q) What should the diet be? (A) Never meats or fats of any character, neither highly seasoned vegetables; especially no acids, as of vinegar or
460-2 Page 3
of pickles, see. Not TOO much sweets, but sufficient for the assimilation throughout the system. As much green vegetable forces as possible. Beans, lentils, beets, peas, cabbage, parsnips - all such materials would be well, that character of diet. Fish and fowl may be taken in moderation. Better that the bread be that, not too much of white bread, rather the Graham, or the whole wheat, or rye.
13. (Q) What is the condition of the teeth? Do any need attention at present? (A) This condition, as we see, has been much corrected in the system. The molar on the right side of the upper portion needs attention.
14. We are through with this reading.
