Time of Reading 4:20 to 4:30 P. M. Eastern War Time. New York City.
1. GC: You will give a complete physical and mental reading, with spiritual advice for herself and baby Peggy; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.
3. As we find, conditions are changed much in many respects since last we had same here.
4. We find that a great deal in the present is of a physical as well as of a psychopathic nature. This does not mean that there are even abberrations in the mind, but anxieties have played an important part in the physical and mental experience of the body.
5. These are the conditions as we find in the present:
6. So far as the organic reactions are concerned, there is not any great disturbance organically; yet there are reactions that cause tiredness, irritations, headaches, tired limbs and feet at times. This is more where the coordination between superficial and lymphatic circulations are concerned, rather than the lymphatic and the deeper circulations. This causes the bursa, or the ganglia along the whole of the cerebrospinal system, to give off at various times those reflexes that are not the normal reactions.
7. Hence the expressions that oft arise in the conditions or things about the body.
8. As we find, this may be called a nervous deficiency, owing to the lack of elements that would cause the better coordinating forces in connection with the nervous forces and the nerve ends in the body.
9. Any good RELAXING treatments for the body would be beneficial, whether these are given as a mere heat treatment with a rubdown, or whether a gentle - not too deep - osteopathic or mechanotherapy treatment. Either will relax the body. Once a week should be sufficient for these, and not a great many should be needed.
10. After these have been begun - that is, after one or two - we would begin (not before) with taking the vitamins

that give pep, vim, vitality. For this particular body, we find that Vim's B-Complex compound would be preferable.
11. Include with same the Halibut Oil, as an aid to the necessary forces for producing better coordinations through the body.
12. Do include in the diet at least once each day a raw vegetable - celery, lettuce, radish, tomatos, especially, and all of these things.
13. At least once each day have an egg, or the yolk of same at least, and a good reinforced cereal of the whole grain complex, whether dry or cooked.
14. Three times a week have fish and such foods.
15. Those of such natures, with a regular balanced diet, are best for the body.
16. Keep in the open air when it is practical.
17. But do, through the seasons, the periods of anxiety, take the compounds indicated.
18. Do not depend upon or rely upon sedatives. These become deteriorating to the forces needed to be revitalized.
19. Do that.
20. Ready for questions.
21. (Q) Is another baby expected? (A) Certain conditions indicate that it is.
22. (Q) Advise her as to her association with baby [...] [daughter] spiritually now. (A) This should be a normal association, for these are attractive in the necessary influences. But do have the administrations - either wet heat and relaxing massage, or a gentle - though not deep - osteopathic treatment. Either would be satisfactory. Once a week.
23. We are through for the present. Two copies to Self Copy to Ass'n file (If choosing the osteopath: Dr. Geo. N. Coulter, 18 East 41st St., N.Y.C.) C.)
