Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:15 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Body and enquiring mind, who seeks information, advice and guidance as to his life and work. You will give him in a Mental and Spiritual Reading that most needed at this time, and answer the questions he submits, as I ask them.)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [462]; this we have had before.
2. In giving that as we find as advice or counsel regarding the life's work from the mental and spiritual approach or angle, much that has been given should be reviewed by the body.
3. For as is understood by the entity, the purposes for the experience of an entity in any particular period are for the development of the soul entity.
4. As to the channels, the activities through which these will find expression, depends upon those through which the entity has expressed itself in its experiences in the earth, and upon how it does fit itself to express same into material associations with things and conditions and individuals in the present; and the very purposes and desires of the body- consciousness itself.
5. If the ideal is kept then in the constructive influences or forces for Creative Energy's activities in the associations and the manifestations in the experience, through the associations of things that continue to be constructive, then there is the natural growth.
6. For as has so oft been given, those activities of the individual can only find their increase through the very gift of Creative Forces themselves. For God alone can or does give the increase.
7. Yet, as is seen, the material associations or expressions are natural consequences of Cause and Effect as called in the material world.
8. The line upon line, the precept upon precept brings - in the spiritual aspect as in the material things - the result in line with that which is the purpose, the cause, the wish,

the desire.
9. If the purposes are constructive then, they build for the mental and soul experience the constructiveness and understanding within the material experiences. And if these make for those things contrarywise, they bring the natural cause and effect of same in the mental and spiritual experience as well as in the material applications in any given directions.
10. These are all known, to be sure, by the entity.
11. In the application of same, then, the activities come that should be as much a part of the mental forces; that are (the mental forces) ever the builder in the experience from all the angles of its activities.
12. Ready for questions.
13. (Q) What should I do now? (A) This depends upon what is the approach, what is the angle of activities. As we would find, considered from every phase of that which has been given - Analyze first all of those things, that information which has been given in the varied experiences of the entity in seeking through these channels; then making practical application of same in the material associations. When considered only from the material, while this is not altogether in keeping with that as may be the personal desire, we would find that the associations in which there have been activities recently SHOULD be renewed. Then when there is the beginning of the spring, with the general activities through the surrounding activities and environs, begin with those activities upon the waters more.
14. (Q) Did I do right to leave the Interstate Sand & Gravel Co.? (A) Who is to be the judge? We have just given that we would make the association again, but who is to be the one to do the judging? What are the purposes, what are the desires? Are these all, or can they be made in keeping with that as has just been indicated as to the constructive forces for the activities of the entity? If not, leave them alone.
15. (Q) What should be my approach to them now? (A) That there should be COOPERATION.
16. (Q) Would you give names of other persons or individuals who are seeking my abilities, so that I may contact them? (A) As we have indicated, WE would find, it would be well
462-12 Page 3
to follow those same activities through the winter. In the spring make different associations; not in this particular activity but rather in those activities that would pertain more to water and waterways.
17. (Q) Why did I fail to make the contacts told me in previous readings? I tried repeatedly. (A) These as we find were not wholly carried forward in the way that was indicated, but rather a reserve held that prevented the full associations in their becoming as individual or definite activities.
18. (Q) What, then, should have been my attitude? (A) This again and again has been expressed. Who is to be the judge? The entity knows that which is constructive. The entity is free-willed. The entity knows that which is to the self answering for the purposes and desires. These should be the attitudes.
19. (Q) Should I have a hobby and what should it be? (A) Any that is of a constructive nature. Those activities as we find in making things of wood would be the hobby of the entity.
20. (Q) How can I help my son [984] at this time? He is now out of work. What contacts should he make for material support and gain? (A) In advice and in counsel and in making for the associations or connections through which the activities have been engaged. These as we find for the entity, upon the water or waterways, are the channels through which all approaches or activities may be the better for the entity.
21. (Q) Am I doing the right thing in coming to this source for further information? (A) This can only be judged within the self. If the seeking has brought satisfaction, well. If it has produced the influences that make for consternation, not well.
22. (Q) Please given any further advice and counsel. (A) Only that which has been repeated over and over again. Thou knowest within self the way to go. To seek within that which is not merely material, nor merely mental, but that which is constructive in every phase of the associations and experiences. And: DO NOT be afraid.
