Time of Reading 10:30 to 10:50 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Virginia.
1. GC: You will have before you the body and enquiring mind of [462], present in this room, who seeks advice at this time on the condition of his physical body, and what corrective measures to take to insure a more perfect coordination of all the physical forces to attain perfect health; also about his work, what are the next best steps to take for his future welfare and success both for himself and those depending on him. You will answer the questions he submits, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [462].
3. In the physical forces of the body, as we find the body has been and is under a great mental and physical strain. This has in a measure used up stored energies of the body. Hence there is that depletion throughout the assimilating and stimulating forces of the body; thus causing a general weakness.
4. As to the more specific conditions, these as we find are not in such an acute condition, but if there is sufficient of rest and recuperative forces added to the body, as to the stimulating of the body for better activity, we would soon find a physical response.
5. We would have some three to six general osteopathic stimulating treatments; this with special reference to the stimulating of the eliminations through alimentary canal, making for a quieting through the lumbar and sacral areas, where the general strains have produced a draining of the body-energies from the lower limbs, through the lungs and throat and head. But these activities should bring, soon, the bettered conditions for this body.
6. We would take only that which is body building as to diet.
7. And as to recuperative forces - add Vitamins A and D with the B-Complex, or the One-A-Day brand of A and D, and one One-A-Day of the B-Complex. These taken for at least six weeks will make for full reactions, if there is kept

that mental attitude of constructive and creative forces in the physical forces of the body.
8. As to the associations and connections - ready for questions.
9. (Q) Regarding the physical - what more can I do to cure permanently the rectal itching? (A) The stimulating to the body forces and keeping the occasional use of the oil injections as indicated. But with the strain, naturally these conditions become more irritated.
10. (Q) What is cause of the headaches? Is there sinus trouble? (A) General weakness. This is more from a general weakness, not any inflammation save the slowing of energies to replace used forces through the body.
11. (Q) What can I do to eliminate the little bump on my forehead? (A) Use soda and Castor Oil, applied about twice a day, - evenings when ready to retire, and morning upon arising.
12. (Q) Should I use coffee and tea? (A) Use one or the other, not too often mix these.
13. (Q) Do I drink too much at meals? (A) At times too much, because this added caffeine and the tannic forces do cause a better stimulation for the moment.
14. (Q) How many hours of sleep does my body need? (A) At least seven and a half to eight hours each twenty-four.
15. (Q) Regarding the associations, [See 462-12] - I have quit the Hill Dredging Co. What is my next best move? (A) To make application for reinstatement and activities in the Government service and activity.
16. (Q) Considering my abilities, where would be the best location to buy a few acres of land in this vicinity? (A) In that area - whatever may be chosen - where there is a good production for all vegetable forces.
17. (Q) Should it be near the water? (A) Not necessarily so, though the activities of the body are necessarily combined with water - and thus it should be in those vicinities where there may be easy access to the waterways.
18. (Q) Is the job offered by Mr. Wheatley in Shop 31 Maintenance Division, Navy Yard, worth considering? (A) Worth considering until there is the completion of those applications for reinstating in active service with the Government.
19. (Q) What will be the chances for promotion? (A) In three to four months in this particular place, but in the Government we would find it would require - of course - some six months to a year for the greater improvement.

And this should go through the regular channels.
20. (Q) Is that through the U.S. Engineers? (A) U.S. Engineers.
21. (Q) Through what particular place or district would you apply? (A) For the Norfolk area, or the Tidewater area!
22. (Q) Any other advice or counsel? (A) Keep the mind clear from condemning of self or of others, and we will keep a better physical reaction as well as a mental that will be more constructive in whatever service is chosen. DO have the physical body in better reaction before accepting ANY specific or regular service. For, these are necessary under those existent conditions. And know, deep in self, the law of the Lord is perfect.
