1. GC: You will tell us if her condition is a mental condition or physical condition. You will answer the questions I may ask you regarding same.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.
3. Now, we find conditions show somewhat of an improvement from that as has existed here before. The equalizing of the functioning of the system, through administration of the manipulations, materially assists the body - for, as has been given, while the conditions are to outward appearances those more of the mental than physical; yet there must exist some physical condition to cause such reaction from the mental attributes of the body. Hence we find as there are improper impulses through the sympathetic system, the body then becomes subject to those impulses and reactions that would indicate such conditions - but one examining the lumbar and lower dorsal region would find the case one of particular interest in this respect; for the lower end of the cerebrospinal nerve centers, and the conjunction of the lower portion of sympathetic system, are here involved. With this continued condition on the improve, we would find conditions gradually building better. Be persistent, be consistent, and we will find we will have the more perfect coordination throughout nerve reflexes and the digestive and eliminating system; for these, as seen, are involved in the plexuses from those subluxations existent in the region given, and keeping the body mentally, physically, near normal reflexes, will bring a near normal condition for the body.
4. (Q) Is the body getting the correct osteopathic treatment to correct these conditions? (A) These are very good. Would the body [if the body would] ITSELF follow suggestions for diet and activity as GIVEN by one administering the treatments, [Dr. James W. Forquer, D.O.] the condition would improve better - but to follow out for a while and then break off, it doesn't mean much!
