Time of Reading 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ohio. (Check Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before. Now, we find conditions are somewhat bettered at the present time than that as we have had here before. While the conditions are improved, and while these are of the nature that, as it were, come and go; yet there are specific physical conditions to be accomplished in the physical system that the whole may coordinate more properly in the mental and physical functioning. While the conditions appear to some as of the nature that is purely MENTAL, yet - with the weakness as re-occurs in the system - this is seen, by the physical condition existent in the lumbar and sacral region, to be of the nature that is not wholly a mental reaction; for one examining the physical forces finds there are conditions which, added TO the highly nervous, sensitive, condition of the body, brings about this improper coordinating of cerebrospinal and sympathetic nerve reaction. Hence the condition that re-occurs from that of the nerves in locomotion in the lower portion of body, functioning in coordination with the rest of the system. Many conditions are to be considered. Many suggestions have been given from here to meet the various conditions for the correction and for the permanent benefit of the body. At times a portion of these have been adhered to. At others these have not been meted or adhered to, in purport or in fact, at all. Hence there needs not be expected for the result to be that as given, unless there would be adherence to that necessary to meet the needs of the physical body in toto. Now this is necessary, as has been given. There have been conditions where glands were affected. These have meted better conditions for the body than most of other portions of system. There have been conditions where the digestive system and the eliminations were the paramount conditions existent, from that as seen in the actual physical or the anatomical conditions of the body. THESE, as seen, have been improved. That wherein the lesions have

been located and are existent have NOT been removed; neither have they been made to coordinate the ganglions from the 11th and 12th dorsal, nor from those of the 2nd and 4th lumbar, nor the upper sacral. These still exist. When the cycle of the circulation and of the system comes so that pressure is brought to bear, either by indigestion, by the ruffling of the mental forces of the body until it is in a tantrum, as it were, these have their direct influence on the digestion and on the nerves especially of the sympathetic system, and not coordinating with those of the cerebrospinal, and through the ganglions as are seen here bring deficiency in reaction through the cerebrospinal nerves of the lower portion of body, or the extremities, the limbs, the legs, the ankles, through the hips, small of the back - these refuse to operate, as it were. Then the whole body is depleted in its action.

2. To meet the needs at the present, as has been given, most of all those adjustments should be made in THIS region. Not in upper dorsal or cervical (though these need attention to bring nominal coordination where the ganglion of the sympathetic and cerebrospinal coordinate together, whether for the internal nerve reaction, or for the exterior, or the external nerve reaction, these need to be made to coordinate by the stimulation or the relaxing of the various centers as the conditions change from day to day), but in llth and 12th dorsal, and from 2nd and 4th lumbar, and upper sacral. It would be necessary, as has been given, that at least sixteen to twenty-six such ADJUSTMENTS be made. With then the proper coordination, or the proper conditions considered for assimilation and eliminations for the body, we see no reason why these should not bring near normal forces for this body. Ready for questions.

3. (Q) Could the pressure on my back be seen and recognized in a photo taken with X-Ray? (A) It could.

4. (Q) Are the glands normal? (A) Nearer than they have been when we have had these in the past.

5. (Q) Is the pressure from the spine, or is it the kidneys enlarged? (A) In the ganglions along the spinal region.

6. (Q) How is the blood now? (A) Better than we have had before.

7. (Q) How is the liver behaving? (A) Nearer to proper functioning at present. Temper - disturbing of the mental forces - brings improper reactions when there is not coordination in any region, especially in this of the lower hepatic circulation.

8. (Q) How is the circulation? (A) The disturbance depends upon those influences as are brought to bear either by taxation by overwork, over stimulation of ANY nature; for these may bring disturbances in any portion of the system, especially through these where pressure is seen in lesions in the regions given.

9. (Q) Should I still omit the meat from my diet? (A) NOMINALLY, yes - though occasionally in moderation meats may be taken, dependent upon the condition of the MENTAL body when such is taken. Do not eat or overload the system when there is the disturbance either of fatigue - physical or of over excitement from ANY cause.

10. (Q) What causes the electric sparks that float before my eyes, and what causes the black specks that float before my eyes? (A) Improper coordination in nerve system. This in itself should be proof of that condition and where it exists in the system. Not these from kidneys, though from those REGIONS that COORDINATE - when properly set in system - WITH kidneys, and with the eyes, though the hypogastric and pneumogastric plexus and their branches.

11. (Q) What causes the film that totally blinds, usually one eye at a time, lasting about fifteen minutes? (A) Most of this is imagination, from that that arises from the conditions as existent in improper coordination of nerve forces of the body, between the sympathetic and sensory organism of the body.

12. (Q) Give any advice that will help the body mentally and encourage her? (A) Do that as has been given, trusting in the abilities of self to hold self in check mentally, morally, and to increase physically the resistive forces in system.

13. We are through with this reading.
