1. EC: Yes. (Very nice place!) Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.

2. Now, as we find, there are many contributory causes to the general welfare of the body, and a great deal of this arises from the general attitude the body assumes towards self, conditions about self, and the relationships with conditions and individuals and circumstances.

3. As we have indicated, there is a great deal of distress in the physical structural forces of the body, through those conditions that exist in the lumbar and sacral areas, where the segmentations are not in alignment with the general structure of the body.

4. So, with a lack of eliminations, the accumulations of poisons in system from same tend to make - as in the present - periods when the lower limbs, or ankles and limbs, ache and swell, the knees and hips ache; also there is the bearing down and heaviness through the lumbar area, that becomes at times almost unbearable. This, HOWEVER, should NOT be expressed in the disposition!

5. In making application for the general conditions that been indicated, there should be care and attention given as to the diet; and discretion should be used at all times so that there are less and less quantities of poisons to be eliminated through the system. The body knows by experience that which disagrees with the body, that which causes gas, that which produces a fullness and heaviness throughout the intestinal tract or through the torso of the body. For whenever there is the fullness, as indicated, the pressures cause in the nervous system and in the circulation those conditions that make for shortness of breath, a quick pulsation in the heart's activity, and the body becomes unable to move about as well as it desires, especially in long walks or in climbing steps or stairs. Hence these precautions should be unnecessary; for the body should

govern its APPETITE as respecting THIS condition in the system.

6. For the relief in the present we would use a combination of the Epsom Salts packs with high enemas to relieve these pressures in the system.

7. The high enemas, or colonic irrigations, would be taken one every week until four or five have been taken; then take at least one a month. To the gallon of tepid water use a level teaspoonful of salt and a heaping teaspoonful of baking soda. In the last rinsing or cleansing water use a tablespoonful of Glyco-Thymoline to the quart of tepid water.

8. Use the Epsom Salts packs two or three times each week, or oftener if necessary to relieve the pressure, across the lumbar and sacral area.

9. Following each treatment with the Epsom Salts packs, we would use a compound for massaging - prepared in this manner:

10. To 4 ounces of Kerosene as a basis, we would add: Russian White Oil................1 ounce, Oil of Cedar.....................1 ounce, Oil of Sassafras.................1 ounce, Olive Oil........................1 ounce, Oil of Wintergreen.............1/2 ounce. These will tend to separate; but shake well together before pouring a small quantity into an open saucer or container for massaging. Massage just what the body will absorb, not only over the lower cerebrospinal system (that is, from the 9th and 10th dorsal to the end of the spine) but over the limbs (that is, the lower limbs, especially). This would be most helpful.

11. We would prepare an expectorant that will rid the body of cold in the present, and that will aid in the activities through the hepatic circulation and stimulate the liver. It would be compounded in this manner:

12. To 2 quarts of distilled water add 4 ounces of Horehound (dry). Make a fusion of same, or boil slowly - not too fast - for fifteen minutes. Then strain; and to this fusion add: Strained Honey...................1 ounce, Glycerine......................1/2 ounce, Oil of Pine....................1/2 ounce. Shake this together when it is to be taken, which would be a teaspoonful at a dose three or four times a day, or when the

body coughs or the like. This, as we find, will be most helpful in ridding the body of the cold; and be of an activity upon the kidneys in such a manner as to aid in alleviating the tendencies for the accumulations of poisons from same from the cold and congestion.

13. Do these, and - as we find - we will make the better conditions for this body.

14. Ready for questions.

15. (Q) What should be done for the severe headaches and aches down through the eyes? (A) The relieving of these pressures in the lumbar areas, by the application of the packs and the relieving of the pressures through the alimentary canal by the use of the irrigations, will rid the body of these distressing conditions. And the care as respecting the diet will make for MUCH better conditions.
