Time of Reading 12:00 to 12:05 Noon Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ohio. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: As we find, the conditions that have existed with the body might be strengthened the greater by properties that will act as an eliminant; also clarifying the cold and congestion and the poisons that have been accumulations through the activities of disturbing forces in the bodily functions.

2. These properties may be so combined or compounded as to act as an eliminant, an expectorant and a strengthener also; and preferably would be combined by self, in this manner:

3. To 2 ounces of Strained Pure Honey, add 4 ounces of water. Let this come to a boil. Strain or skim off the refuse forces or drosses that rise to the top. Then put this in about an 8 ounce bottle container, and add to same - in the ORDER NAMED: (Obtain each of the ingredients separately, you see, and add in the order and proportion indicated):

Apple Brandy........................4 ounces, Syrup of Wild Cherry Bark.........1/2 ounce, Syrup of Rhubarb..................1/2 ounce, Syrup of Horehound................1/2 ounce, Glycerine...........................1 teaspoonful.

Shake the solution well before each dose is taken, which would be a teaspoonful about every three or four hours. This as we find will not only aid in eliminations, clear the cough and the hoarseness but make for a general stimulation for the body.

4. We would keep the heavy packs across the small of the back. Occasionally we would use high enemas to assist in the eliminations and to keep the colon clean.

5. We would keep those suggestions of raising the vibrations within the self by suggestive forces to self, but it is well to practice these also in relationships and activities to others.

6. In the diet, keep those things that are strengthening and

easy of assimilation. Plenty of milk in the forms that are made from the malted milk or the dried milk, preferable to the milk direct from the cow, see? And fish, fowl, lamb - in broths as in the various manners of preparation - are well. Have vegetables of the nature such as lettuce, celery and such as combined for salads and the like as a part of the diet each day. Combinations of many of these, as with the cole slaw or the raw cabbage combined with the others, or spinach or mustard combined with the others - these may be used with the oil or salad dressing, preferably.

7. All of these kept, and with the general conditions that have been indicated, should make for a clearing of these with this body, [464].

8. Ready for questions.

9. We are through with this reading.
