1. GC: You will give the present physical condition of this body, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions that may be asked.
2. EC: Yes - we have the body here; this we have had before.
3. Changes are indicated in the general physical forces of the body.
4. As we find, in giving helpful influences for the body in the present, and the WHY of such applications in the immediate disturbances, much of that which has been indicated as to disturbing factors should be taken into consideration.
5. There has never been the full correction of the jamming or closeness of the segments in the lumbar and the sacral areas, in the cerebrospinal system. This has continued and will continue to be a source of disturbance, especially to the body when it attempts to stand on the feet for a long period at the time.
6. For with the natural position, the inclinations to become factors in slowing the circulation through the lower extremities become more accentuated. Consequently we have the aches and throbbing through the limbs and the feet, and the inclinations for the superficial circulation to become overflowed, or the veins become more enlarged.
7. The natural inclination then for the system to carry influences to meet these produces then a flowing as it were away from the head of the blood supply and the impulse through the superficial circulation. Hence the body becomes at times somewhat dizzy, with the fullness as would occur in throat as well as an added aggravation to the conditions which exist in the lymph circulation through portions of the face and head and neck, especially at these seasons.
8. As the body is subject to influences at the particular season for inflammation to the mucous membranes of the head and throat, these become more aggravated.

9. Then, as we find, in these considerations of the general conditions, and the slowed circulation causing greater accumulation of influences or poisons or drosses in the system:
10. We would have a full massage - preferably in the present we would have this regularly once a week, at least, until four or five or six have been taken; the full hydrotherapy treatments. This would include first especially the colonic irrigation, then a massage - after the heating of the body to increase the flow of the superficial circulation in the body. Use Pine Oils in the Fume Baths, as well as using Bay Rum and Salt in the rubs to produce a greater sympathetic or superficial irritation as it were to cause the greater flow to the outer portion of the body.
11. Keep the eliminations sufficiently increased as to rid the system of the attempts of any activity of the body through such treatments to throw off the poisons and excesses of influences in the body.
12. Do these.
13. And for the throat and mucus membranes, for the stimulation even through this WITH the manipulative forces as would be given at such periods of the hydrotherapy treatments to increase the efficiency of the eyes, the ears, the taste and all the organs of the sensory forces, we would use an inhalant - prepared in this way and manner:
14. In an 8 ounce container prepared with two openings in the cork, that might be stopped when not used, we would put 4 ounces of Pure Grain Alcohol. Then add, in the order named: Oil of Eucalyptus.....................20 minims, Compound Tincture of Benzoin..........15 minims, Rectified Oil of Turp..................5 minims, Rectified Creosote.....................3 minims, Tolu in Solution......................30 minims. Shake the solution when ready for use, leaving the corks in the small openings, you see - which would be glass tubes in or through the cork. Then remove both corks and inhale the fumes through the nostrils and through the mouth, as you would inhale cigarette smoke. Do this at least two or three times a day. This will aid the sympathetic and the lymph circulation to alleviate irritations in the nasal passages and the head and antrum, as well as the throat and the bronchi and larynx, even the lungs themselves - for a stimulated circulatory force that would be most beneficial.
15. As to eliminants taken, we find that the vegetable compound would be much preferable for this body, especially,

to mineral salts or of that nature. Such then as Inner Clean or the like would be the more preferable.
16. Also we find that the diet has much to do with the disturbances. Not too much sweets - though honey or of such natures can be a part of same if desired. Vegetables are preferable to quantities of meats. Not that meats are not to be taken at all, but no fried meats for the body.
17. Do these at this time and we will find the better forces and conditions for this body, [464].
18. Ready for questions.
