1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions she has submitted, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes.
3. As we find, the body continues to be greatly disturbed by those conditions which exist as related to the kidneys and to the activity of the SEDIMENT in the bladder.
4. These cause a great deal of excruciating pain, whenever the body attempts to move a great deal or to stand, as well as general disturbance to the whole equilibrium of the body.
5. Weakness continues, of course, and continues to be more and more disturbing to the body.
6. As we find, we would apply over the bladder area, or close to the lower portion of the abdomen, as well as across the kidney area in the lower portion of the dorsal area, the poultices made from Raw Beet Tops. These should be mashed or bruised, and applied between gauze. Have them at least half an inch thick and of sufficient breadth and length to cover the areas indicated. The leaves would be bruised first, you see, and then boiling water poured over same - in a crock or enamel container (not tin or metal) - and then applied between the gauze as indicated. Change these at least three to four times during an evening - applying them for three to four hours, then, in an evening and night - letting each application remain so long as it brings some relief - that is, until there is the discoloration considerably - or for thirty to sixty minutes. The beet tops are to be RAW, to be sure - not cooked.
7. During the same period we would apply across the ABDOMEN a weak solution of Turpentine - or the proportions of two tablespoonsful of Spirits of Turpentine to a gallon of water, and then cloths wrung out of this and applied across the abdomen. This is to take out the soreness. Do not do too much rubbing over this area.
8. But following the Beet Poultices, we would have a gentle

massage with an equal combination of Mutton Suet, Turpentine and Camphor - along the areas where the Beet Poultices have been applied.
9. The diets shall necessarily be more of liquids. The beef juices will be the most strengthening, as would be the use of white or light wines for the body.
10. These activities we would keep until there has been a dissipation sufficiently of the irritation, as well as the sediment or small stones, so that there may be relief and not so much severe pain with the attempt for the activity of the bladder or kidneys - and until the general sediment indicated in the area has been reduced.
11. Do these, and we will bring easier forces for this body, [464].
