1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [464].
3. As we find, the acute conditions that arise in the present come from both the general nerve system and the upsetting of the digestive forces.
4. Thus the pains in the head and the disturbance to the eyes and ears are purely reflex.
5. It will be necessary that there be set up better eliminations.
6. Rather close together - that is, within three to four days - there should be at least two good high colonic irrigations, to cleanse or purify the colon.
7. Then we would apply a Grape Poultice over the stomach and abdomen. Apply this every hour or so for three to four hours each day, for at least two days. Preferably use the Concord grapes, or as near that type as possible. Apply a poultice of the crushed grapes, about half an inch thick, between gauze; directly to the skin, you see - over the stomach and abdomen. As soon as the poultice is warm from the body heat, apply a fresh one.
8. Also apply at the same time Balm of Bengue, massaged in the area of the back of the head. This would only be applied once, you see; that is, once during the day, and not renewed as the Packs; for this is heating, while the packs or Poultices of Grapes are cooling.
9. Then have a general relaxing of the body osteopathically.
10. Doing these - being sure to have the colonics AND massage - we should bring the bettered conditions for this body.
11. We would be mindful that there is not the overtaxing of the body.
12. Rest, in the cool as much as practical, but out of doors.
13. Then be mindful about the diet. Keep more to the simple

14. Do that, and we will bring the better conditions.
