Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:20 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion) [See 294-165 Reports for "suggestion" here to remove pressure on his [EC's] head before continuing.]
1. EC: Yes. The physical conditions are rather serious in the present, and unless some changes are made we will find that there will be either the disintegration or a PERMANENT reaction in system for mental and physical effects that will be carried on through this experience.
2. The physical conditions are the more recent. These are the effect of congestion in the pulmonaries, and especially in the bronchi. While there have been shown periods of improvement, unless material changes there will be a relapse - and the effect will be more to produce inflammation in the pleura, and cause an overactivity to the lower actions of the hepatic circulation that will be very severe.
3. We would be more mindful that the temperature is not lowered too fast, yet is kept more in control by the application of heat to the upper dorsal and cervical area with an electric heating pad; preferably Dr. Cooper's preparation that carries with same the medicated values into the system in a manner in which the vibrations or emanations from the electrical forces are carried into the body. It will necessitate in the use of same that there be precautions that more cold is not taken when the respirations are raised and the eliminations through the respiratory system, or the perspiratory and respiratory system, are made higher.
4. Also we would give the medicated properties of Syrup of Squill combined with the juice of onions. Boil or steam the onions and squeeze out the juice. To half a teaspoonful of the onion juice we would add six to ten drops of Syrup of Squill, as a dose.
5. Give this about twice or three times each day for the next three or four days.

6. Dissolve three to five grains of Calcidin (whether in one, two, three or five grain tablets). Keep it warm; not hot, but keep it warm - and every thirty minutes to an hour give about half a teaspoonful of the solution. This will be found to be effective.
7. As to the mental attributes or developments, or lack of developments, we find from the entrance of the entity into this material plane there would be found what might be termed causes or karmic influences affecting the body - and the surroundings of the body; yet these are not wholly from prenatal conditions. There was an impeding of the development through a pressure in the cerebrospinal system, and the very high temperature that existed during an early stage or development of the physical body impaired the connection between the lyden [Leydig], the adrenal and the glands at the base of the brain. Therefore, the effective reactions that pass through the medulla oblongata to the central portions of the brain, both to the lower portion and to the two pones or lobes of the upper portion, are impeded; so that, as we find, there are indications not of mental unbalance but of the dribble that occurs at times, the peculiar reactions in the development at this particular period in the activities of the pre-genitive or generative organs of the system itself - that are under peculiar stress and development, as it were. Or, the organs involved in same show an unusual development in some directions; as in the testes, as to their position and place, showing the effective activity on the pineal and the adrenal and the activities to the actions through the connections between the cerebro- spinal and sympathetic nerve reflexes.
8. We would find that effective measures may be had first by the application of the Radio-Active Appliance that would carry Gold into the system. The first anode would be attached to the base of the brain, or at the first axis, or the 1st and 2nd cervical, as close to the brain as possible, see? Best that this be adhered by tape, see; then removed each time, and keep the application for at least an hour. The other anode carrying the solution of Gold (which would be one grain to one ounce, using about six to ten ounces of the solution at a period; though, of course, this solution would last for fifteen to twenty days, see?) would be attached over the 4th lumbar plexus, or that where we will reach the lower end of the ganglia activity through impulse to the action of the lower portion of the glands that extend through the system that connect with the base of the brain and the distribution of these conditions.
9. Keep these treatments of the Radio-Active Appliance, if

the conditions are cleared from the bronchi effection, the lung and the pulmonary effection. Should these conditions be overcome, after there has been a period of rest sufficient for the body to have recuperated from the PHYSICAL effects, then a period of ten to twenty days, then begin with the applications of the Radio-Active Appliance as given. These and these alone, save the gentle massage that would be given to the extremities, and especially to the locomotary centers - which will be in the lower dorsal, or from the 11th and 12th dorsal to the end of the spine; a gentle massage, preferably given with an electrically driven vibrator, using the sponge applicator - also using the same applicator in the upper dorsal, or the lower portion of the cervical and the upper dorsal vertebrae. This would be given immediately following the period of the vibrations from the Radio-Active Appliance carrying Gold.
10. After twenty-six days - twenty-six to thirty days - we would then give the instructions for the changes, for these will be necessitated in bringing about not only the training of the mental but the applications necessary for changes in this body.
11. (Q) Where may this especially prepared electric pad be obtained? (A) Any supply house!
12. (Q) Is there any special guidance for the parents in regard to this case? (A) We would follow these instructions in the present, and much of the future developments will depend upon how consistently and persistently these are followed. Then we may give, as suggested here, instructions not only relative to the body-physical, body-mental and its development, but relative to those who may care or have charge OF this developing body.
