Time of Reading 11:55 to 12:10 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [469]; this we have had before.

2. As we find, while there is not outwardly or apparently a great deal of change in the better physical functioning, there ARE indications that there is a decided change. For, while there are periods when the reactions are for unruliness, or for what appears to be stubbornness, these show that there is a real response; such that if this can be taken advantage of and used in the proper directions there may be expected to be a real definite help and aid given this body.

3. The activity of those vibrations that have been maintained in the body for the time has changed the vibrations throughout the system, and has made apparently an unsteadiness in the heart's action. This is not an organic disorder. Neither should it be considered as a disagreeable sign or condition, but rather that if this vibration is MAINTAINED the body in its functioning will gradually show a growth; for it must ever be with this body - as has been given and maintained - a slow, steady growth; for we must add to the body those forces and elements that will make for an activity in the system that will be first to the glands and their attributes, as supplying or furnishing to the system the necessary elements for changing not only the functionings of the body from distortions in the mental and physical forces of the body but must also make for the corrective directions to the organs and the activities of the various elements and forces in system that will bring nearer and nearer normal responses.

4. Then, we would continue with these forces, these influences on the system with the Radio-Active Appliance, in the manner that has been indicated; keeping all connections well intact and each time that the plate or anode is used it should be well polished off before the use again. We would

take very close care that a positive connection is made each time for same.

5. Also, every other evening, we will find a beneficial effect from the use of a gentle massage from the central portion of the cerebrospinal system to the extremities; or first to the torso of the body, not too deep but deep enough that the associations of the superficial and the the deeper circulation in the various plexuses are stimulated to activity of that balance that is created by the change in the vibration of the Radio-Active forces, see? As a compound with which to massage, we would combine olive oil and tincture of myrrh. This should be prepared each time before being massaged into the body. Heat the oil and add the myrrh, equal portions of each. It will require in the beginning about two tablespoonsful of each. Begin at the central portion on the spine, or about the 8th or 9th dorsal, and massage downward, going all the way to the extremities. Start at the 8th and 9th dorsal and massage toward the head, to the base of the brain, around the neck and to the tips of the arms or fingers, going on the under side of the arms as well as the lower limbs.

6. We would keep this, then, for at least another sixty days. Then we would give further instructions; for, as we find, if patience and persistence is kept, with the right attitude, we will bring much for the betterment of this body, [469].

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) Are we doing all that is possible, at the present time, for his mental development? (A) Better than attempting to TRAIN in any particular line would be to watch with the suggestions that may be given the body as the massage is applied, for it should take at least twenty to twenty-five minutes to massage the body properly, about twice to three times each week, see? and watch the suggestions made at that time act upon the body! It will be slow, but effective. Do that.

9. (Q) What suggestions? (A) What would you want to suggest; that he'll be a bad boy or a good boy? that he will listen to what is said or that he won't listen? What do you want to suggest? That the interest will be taken in certain directions, that there will be heeding in certain directions, that the response mentally and physically will be in certain directions. To be sure, use common sense with it.

10. We are through with this reading.
