1. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before. Now, we find there are different conditions as affect the physical forces of the body from that as we have had before. While the weaknesses as are incurred by the existent condition - or the condition as HAS been existent, and which the body has been combating - has weakened the resistance, the physical conditions are bettered than there has recently existed with the body. The condition under which the body has been laboring, then, has its part in existent forces. Now don't tangle these conditions up! In the present conditions we find there has been weakness exhibited through the resistive forces as respect to the red blood supply in its relation to replenishing the body (Get the difference!), and the condition in the nerve system - exhaustion, mental strain, mental anguish, the inability to correlate the various conditions, have had their part in REDUCING or causing the blood exhaustion and nerve exhaustion. Hence the body - especially those portions in the soft tissue of the face and head have become an easy, reasonable condition for the distresses produced. Hence we find through the antrum, through the nasal cavity, through the soft tissue about the auditory and the neck - these have all had their part in that that has caused and brought distress. The replenishing of the system through the creating of a resistance in the blood supply, or creating of the greater number of warriors in same, has eased or made the condition less violent. The condition PRODUCED is still existent, and would be easily aggravated - either for weal or for woe.
2. Now, to meet the needs of these conditions then at the present time, WE would increase the eliminations through the activity of the excretory system especially as related to the liver and the kidneys. Not forgetting that condition as has existed as respecting the taxation OF the kidneys and the inactivity of the liver that has been set in vibratory

forces through other conditions as have been administered.
Hence we would use for that, such as is found in the liquid solution of that known as ambrosia weed, or ragweed, or Simmons' Liver Regulator - adding to same THIS - and do not add MORE than this in each dose, see? making a solution, then, of this: To simple syrup 2 ounces, add:
Tincture Valerian......................1/4 ounce, Elixir Calisaya........................1/4 ounce, Syrup of Ipecac........................20 minims, Oil of Sassafras.......................10 minims, 10% solution Iodide of Potassium.......20 minims, Tincture of Capsici.....................2 minims.
Shake solution well together before it is to be given with the other ingredients. Then, to the dosage of the Simmons' Liver Regulator add only TWO drops but its activity will change the whole condition of the body, as in its relation to the conditions as exist.
3. Manipulation should be applied osteopathically, especially along the upper dorsal and cervical region, see? especially 3rd and 4th cervical. And every third day apply the rays of the Ultra Violet light to the head - first one side (head and neck and shoulders), then the other - at least thirty-six inches from the body, and begin with not more than one minute exposure. Do not increase until there is shown reaction from the manipulation and from the eliminations.
4. Do that, and we will find we will bring about normal conditions of the body. Not necessary, with the application of these conditions, that there be any drainage from any of the tissue. When there is such SEVERE pain as to become unbearable, use saturated solution of Epsom Salts over such places - heated as warm as the body can stand. Dip cloths in solution and apply to affected parts. This will reduce the pressure, allowing the system with the stimulations as would be given in eliminations - to carry from the system such refuses as are causing the congestion. We are through for the present.
