Time of Reading 3:45 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia.
1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [477]; this we have had before.
3. As we find, the present conditions are produced by the general developments in the body - and the body - change in diet and in activity producing those conditions in which the body becomes allergic to certain disturbances; as from ANY of those influences that produce a gaseous formation through the intestinal system; which finds expression in the attempt of the body to eliminate through the perspiratory and the extremity system.
4. These indications arise, then - as the condition in the limbs and the general condition which exists in the lymph and the blood supply.
5. Hence the inabilities of the responses, because there are still those things taken into the system that produce the reaction to the body.
6. Then:
7. Take no form of carbonated waters, no form of ANY drink with those formations from hops or of fermentations.
8. No foods of the shell fish nature. All of these should be eliminated from the diet.
9. Rather there should be taken fruits, vegetables, and a little meat, but more of those foods that provide the Vitamin B-1; cereals, all fruits and vegetables that are yellow in their nature.
10. Make local application to the eruptions and the broken tissue with Ray's Eczema Ointment. This carries those properties that will allay.
11. Take at least three adjustments osteopathically, especially in the lumbar and sacral area; coordinating the upper cervical and upper dorsal with same.

12. DO NOT keep too much in the bright sunlight. This produces such conditions in the epidermis as to be harmful.
13. DO NOT get feet in salt water; though the warm bath is effective if antiseptics are used in the water when the feet are bathed.
14. Do these, and be precautious about ANY foods that carry any hops or fermentation, or carbonated water. If Coca-Cola is taken - while this is not harmful - DO NOT take it in carbonated water!
15. Do these and we will bring the bettered conditions for this body.
