Time of Reading 3:45 to 4:15 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [478], present in this room; this we have had before.
2. Now, as we find, there are a great many changes in the general physical forces of the body from that we have had before. Most of these, as we find, are for the better physical functioning of the body.
3. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [478], present in this room:
4. We find the BLOOD SUPPLY is very good. While there is not the natural flow as yet, there ARE those elements that tend to make for near normalcy being brought about in the system. When there has been the necessity for the system's producing the plasm necessary for the coagulation, or for that element wherein the leukocyte become the more active, this makes for - or calls on the activities of the blood producing elements and forces and reduces the numbers of the red blood cells in the body. This, though, is being replenished; and while the pulsation and the respirations are not yet wholly normal, they are adjusting themselves for the better physical conditions.
5. Hence there should be precautions in keeping at this time particularly the normally balance in the elements necessary, not only for the activity of assimilation and distribution of that assimilated but that the whole gland producing system may function normally for the activities both in the reproduction of cellular forces in the various activities of the system and the production within the system through that assimilated of the necessary forces and influences to keep all functioning normally.
6. This then, as we find, needs some of those elements that will produce a more NORMAL balancing of the influences in this direction, that there may not be an excess nor the lack
478-3 Page 2
of the various demands that have been made and are being made upon a system adjusting itself under the stress and strains that have existed.
7. As we will see, these may be added in those forces that will act with, not producing too great a potash element but that will aid in the production and assimilating of those forces that make for iron, silicon, etc., that will come through the elements in the form of that produced from the addition in the system that will assimilate with an iodine content.
8. In the NERVE FORCES of the body, here we find there have been strains, naturally, on the nerve plexus of the system; not only through the influences where there was the stress upon those portions where ligaments and muscular forces and tendons were involved - not only in the strain but in the bruise, as well as those that make for coordination between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal system.
9. These, then, as we find that will need the greater attention, are in the locomotary centers; or in the brachial center as for the coordination with the muscular forces in the shoulder, the arm, the rib area, the lumbar area, that with the balancing of the system as coordination is brought about in the activity there may be less strain upon these particular centers. For with the locomotions of the body does there need to be the greater stress upon coordination in a body adjusting itself to the needs of the system.
10. In this association and connections also we will find that it would be well to apply those influences that not over stimulate but that form the basis for the activity, that will produce the proper balance or the proper vibration of the circulation as related to the arterial and vein circulation as it changes through those activities in the extremities, so that these keep an even balance. These we would form through those activities of the low electrical vibration, that is the basis from which the essence or the elements of the urea in the nerve and blood make for reactions to all portions of the system.
11. As to the functioning of the ORGANS themselves, here we find some disturbances that are of a recent condition from the general reaction in the body. Others we find have been of longer standing, that have made for some distresses as related to the functioning - not of organic disturbance or disorder, but as related to the functioning of the organs themselves, as related to the activity in the liver, as in the lymph circulation through same; for these have been those things that have made for some distresses in the form not only from the shock that has recently been to the
478-3 Page 3
system, but those disorders before same - when the distribution in the system of that assimilated made for elements that did NOT digest or form the basis of the assimilated forces necessary for producing the replenishing balance that is carried on through the lacteal ducts and glands in the liver and gall duct itself. Hence made for periods when there was too great a crystallization in the hepatic circulation, bringing about a disorder at times in the functioning of the kidney WITH the hepatic or with the liver circulation. This caused the lack of the gaining of the strength. In the present these are not disturbed, because of the activity that has been produced by the increasing of the circulation through the demands made upon the system; but unless these are changed in the present through the conditions that are brought about in coordinating in other portions of the body, there will be produced some of the same old disorders.
12. As to the throat, bronchi, lungs and larynx, pressures have existed and there has been the tendency for periods when the lymph circulation to the bronchi and larynx has caused the tendency for easy congestion or cold; yet the building up of the lymph circulation through the soft tissue of the face will bring much improvement and also through the corrections that have aided in aligning the cerebrospinal activity to the rest of the system. Now, with the stimulation especially in the centers to bring coordination between the sympathetic and the cerebrospinal in the locomotories, as indicated, there will still be added the more normal reaction.
13. The activity of the heart itself in the present, as indicated, is not normal; for the pulsation at times has been lower and at other excessive; but will the activity to bring the normalcy - through the corrections that we will indicate - this will be corrected, without the strain or too great a stress upon the system, but the normal activities.
14. Digestive area, the liver, spleen, pancreas, and the activity of those conditions as indicated that have been disturbed in the body, with these applications and with the induction in the system of a balance in the elements necessary to create the better activity through the glands' actions of the body, these may be overcome and a near normal body ensue from these corrections that may be made. The conditions of the hepatic circulation as related to the lower locomotories and acivities of all portions of the system will be overcome also. The adrenal glands will be stimulated. The activity to the thyroids as for their activities throughout the system will be bettered, and we
478-3 Page 4
will find the whole system will become normal.
15. Then, as to make these applications to the body:
16. First we would begin with the use of the low form of electrical vibration that may be had from the use of the Radio-Active Appliance. The attachments would be made to the extremities of the body, and onto opposite sides of the body at each time of application. It would be best that this be applied either when the body rests or before retiring. The application would be made to the wrist first, then to the opposite ankle. The next afternoon or evening make the application first to the other wrist and to the opposite ankle. This should be kept for at least thirty to sixty minutes each evening, for a period of two to three weeks. Then have a rest period of a week, and then apply again. The effect of this application is to keep the circulatory system balanced between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal, stimulating the glands along the whole system where there is the cross activity of the vibrations to the body; creating a more normal balance, giving strength and enabling the body to rest better, thus enabling better mental and physical activities of the body.
17. Occasionally we would continue with the manipulations, specifically, as has been indicated, in those centers of the locomotories; the lumbar area - the 3rd and 4th lumbar, 9th and 10th dorsal area, 3rd and 1st area of the brachial center and - of course - throughout the cervical activity.
18. We would also begin with the vibrations from the Atomidine, or the iodine soluble in the system, that may be assimilated by the body. Not to such a great extent as to unbalance the system, but to make for the better activity of the glands themselves. So, it would be taken in this manner: Each day we would take two doses. Begin first with two minims in a whole glass of water; preferably before the morning meal and just before retiring. Each day increase one minim until at least five minims are being taken twice each day. Then discontinue one day. Then begin again with the two minims. This should be carried on in much the same way and manner, taken for a ten day period and then the rest for a five to six day period. Then begin again in the same way and manner as first indicated.
19. As to the matter of diet, keep those things that are the more easily assimilated by the body; that is, not merely the liquid diet or of such nature but that which carries with same the iron, the silicon, the blood and nerve building influences. And let at least one meal each day, whether the noon or the evening meal, be entirely of green fresh RAW vegetables; such as any that are cleansing for the blood
478-3 Page 5
supply and act with the gastric juices of the stomach to make for better assimilation through the activity of the pancreas, as well as the lacteal ducts and those ducts that make for an activity in the kidney and the areas throughout the hepatic circulation. Citrus fruit juices are well. Carbohydrates are as necessary elements in the system, but not to excess. Carbonated water are very good, if these are used discretely.
20. Activities for the eliminations through the system should be rather from the diet than from cathartics or other influences.
21. Do these and, as we will find, we will bring the greater and the better activities for this body, [478], present in this room.
22. Ready for questions.
23. (Q) When will my head condition entirely clear up? (A) As the body is brought to the normalcy in the pulsation, through the creating of the balance in the blood supply, the natural influences are to clear then. This is rather from the strain and the stress that has been required upon the system, that was already - as we have indicated - in the depleted condition from the lack of the elements necessary to create coordination in the system.
24. (Q) Will there be any after effects? How may these be prevented? (A) We have outlined what will prevent any after effects; and if these are followed to keep these balances in the system, not only will there not be after effects but the body physically and mentally should be MUCH improved. Take advantages of the changes - and while they have been rather severe, the body may be made more physically fit through the corrections that have been indicated.
25. (Q) Should I continue working only part time, as suggested by doctors? (A) As indicated from that just given, not well for the body to attempt to work full time until at least the second or third series of the treatments as indicated; for the activity upon the feet, the activity of the mind with the locomotories of the whole system to carry out the mental and physical functionings, would be too great a stress and strain. This should be alright in three to four weeks.
26. (Q) Is my smoking at the present time injurious to my lungs? (A) If you would cut down a little bit, it would be better. There is not an injury from smoking, if it is done in moderation. That it stimulates the gastric flow to the system is correct. That at times it makes for too great a
478-3 Page 6
strain upon the lungs, through this very flow that it makes to the throat and bronchi, is correct. But in moderation; that is, from six to ten to twelve smokes per day, would not be injurious to the body.
27. (Q) How may I increase my weight? (A) Do as we have outlined!
28. (Q) In what minerals am I lacking, and how may these be supplied? (A) The iron and the iodine, and both may be added as we have indicated - in the elements themselves and in the kind of diet, the mineral content of those things as indicated.
29. (Q) Is there any other advice for my better welfare? (A) In the physical forces of the body, as we find, if these are adhered to in a systematic, conscientious, persistent way and manner, for at least three to four periods of those outlines as we have indicated, we will find the physical and mental body in a much better normal condition than it has been for several cycles. In the general mental welfare of the body, keep those attitudes that have been indicated by the activity of the body; that what is meted out will come to the body. For, would you have life, would you have success, would you have love, would you have those influences that make for the greater mental and soul and even body building, then these must be expended that there may be others. Would that every soul would learn much the lesson that is gained by those activities in a physical body, when - as in this body - there has been an injury to any muscular or structural portion; for the body uses what it has in hand to rebuild and replenish. Use that thou hast in hand, in the lines and ways that are constructive, and there will come the results commensurate with the efforts and energy expended in that direction.
