1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [480]; this we have had before.
2. While there are, in the immediate, some unlikely reactions, as we find in the main the conditions are gradually improving.
3. And we need to keep those conditions, as it were, gradually on the improve. For, as related to those things that would make for the adjustments of the eliminating system, as related to the periods (which necessitates, of course, taking at times - but consistently - the Tonicine), and the correction along the cerebrospinal system to make the proper coordination from the cerebrospinal to the sympathetics, we may keep a normal balance, overcoming the dizziness that arises - and the headaches.
4. While the manipulations and adjustments would not be required as often, they should be kept occasionally - two, three, four times a month; though at periods they would be taken oftener, that we may have the proper reactions.
5. We find, too, that the diet - as it has in the main in recent experience - makes for a great deal of change.
6. Keep the eliminations in a normal manner; and we will make for the better corrections for the body.
7. Ready for questions.
8. (Q) What is advised for improvement and passing of haziness which still continues? (A) As indicated, keep the eliminations (that is, between the eliminating systems, see?), so that at the periods there may be the proper elimination and the coordination between the sympathetic and the cerebrospinal system in this connection; both by the taking of those properties indicated and by the manipulations necessary to overcome the condition.
9. (Q) In what quantity and how often should the Tonicine be taken?
480-13 Page 2
(A) As indicated, this is well to be taken about a week BEFORE, and up to and during the periods, see? It has been indicated as to the quantity; that ordinarily indicated. These are the best periods, but - as is seen - these properties carry constitutional building elements that are very helpful. These are the best periods, and the quantity as indicated for the dosage.
10. (Q) Please outline diet to be followed at present. (A) Tend to those foods more of the alkalin reaction, in a general diet; bewaring of too great quantities of sweets at any time, either as at breakfast in syrup and cakes or at other periods. No bananas nor raw apples. No steak rare, nor any meat that is heavy - nor red meat. No quantities of grease. Not too great a quantity of sweets at any period, as desserts; though ice cream, ices or the like may be taken in moderation; but no syrups or fats - and divide in a normal manner the small quantity of sweets taken. Quantities of fruits - as grapes, pears, oranges, figs, raisins, nuts - any of these may be taken. Not nuts in great quantities, but especially almonds, filberts or the like.
11. (Q) Can eggs be included in diet? (A) Eggs may be included, provided you exclude the whites.
12. (Q) Is the A B D good for me? (A) This depends a great deal, of course, upon how WELL balanced the diet is. In the A B D there is only added the vitamins in an increased quantity, and it may unbalance those indicated in some of the diet - but if the diet is kept WELL balanced as to calory content, protein content, not too great an amount of starch, we find the A B D would not be necessary. If there is the tendency for the lack of these in the diet, then the A B D in moderation would be very good.
13. (Q) What should be done for the stomach condition? (A) Keep the diet well balanced and the stomach condition will adjust itself. Do not overeat, nor do not allow foods to accumulate without the proper amount of activity for the digesting of same, see?
14. (Q) How are my teeth, and should any be extracted? (A) Only local attention, as we find, is particularly needed at this time; especially if there is included plenty of calcium either in the treatments of same or in the diets - which is included specifically, of course, in the oyster plant, carrots, salsify, the jackets of Irish potatoes, and the like; and of course in the almond and filbert.
15. (Q) Any other advice for the body at this time? (A) Do these, as we find, in a consistent manner. Do not

be overstepping at times and expect to adjust some other way. Follow in those suggestions, consistently - this would be the better.
