Time of Reading ... Building, 11:10 to 11:25 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Michigan. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [480]; this we have had before.
2. While conditions are somewhat better than when we last had them here, they are not altogether satisfactory. The stress and strain, and anxiety, has caused and does cause a great deal of the present reactions in the physical forces of the body.
3. And the organs, especially those that have been indicated, are involved in the conditions; causing disturbances through the nervousness, the dizziness, the nausea that comes at times, and the inaptitude of the reactions of the eliminations through the regular channels in the organs of the pelvis, also the headaches that reoccur. The cause of the dizziness is the lack of coordinations in the system, arising from those conditions indicated; and being supplemented by the anxiety and nerve tension produce distresses.
4. We do not find any greater benefit than may be had from the massage and osteopathic treatments that have been indicated for the body. The return occasionally to the deep therapy or diathermy would be well; though, as we find, these treatments would prove much better if they are not given too strongly (the diathermy).
5. We would adhere to the diets that make for body, blood and nerve building through the system.
6. The properties in the Tonicine are helpful if they are taken in those manners as we have indicated; that is, taken occasionally for their balancing effect upon the glands of the body. But to take them spasmodically, or irregularly, even at the periods taken, will not be as helpful as if they were taken in REGULAR order, with periods of taking and periods of rest.
7. The diathermy would be taken now twice a week. Also the osteopathic manipulations or massage would be twice a week,

but not on the periods or days when the diathermy is given. But as this in the present is not in keeping with the general surroundings, we would begin these as soon as they can be made coordinant with the activities of the body.
8. Rest in the open, with sufficient physical exercises in the afternoons to make for the tiring of the body physically will be the more preferable; where it is not too cool nor too hot, but in the open a great deal of the time.
9. It will be found that the Radio-Active Appliance used as an aid to the circulation for the extremities will make the sleep or rest of the body more effective and efficient. This would be taken for an hour each day, with the body lying quiet during the period; and will be found to be MOST helpful.
10. Also just before the menstruation periods we would use the Radio-Active Appliance with the attachments, the first anode to the lower portion of the 9th dorsal plexus and the other (last attached) just above the pubic bone, or on the pubic bone. This will materially aid in making correction in these directions.
11. Ready for questions.
12. (Q) When relieved of the strain of school work can some red meat be added to diet? (A) Provided the exercises are sufficient and the general diet is in accord with that which will make for the using up of the energies created by this added in the system.
13. (Q) What can be advised for increase of weight? (A) The weight will become nearer normal when there is the general rest and the general activities that have been indicated.
14. (Q) Is a sea voyage recommended during this July for rest and relaxation? (A) Sea voyage would be a most EXCELLENT relaxation for the body, and beneficial; provided especially the vibrations from the Radio-Active Appliance are used during such a period.
15. (Q) Will haziness pass away when relieved of mental strain? (A) As we find, this is necessitated by those incoordinations as indicated. And when there is the more UNIFORM activity of reactions, this should gradually pass away.
16. (Q) Any other advice for the body at this time? (A) We would keep in the constructive frame of mind at ALL times, knowing that if the physical and mental activities are carried out the better mental, spiritual and physical development will be the result.
17. We are through for the present.
