Time of Reading 12:00 to 12:10 Noon - Eastern Standard Time. ..., Michigan. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [480]; this we have had under the other name.
2. In the present we find changes in the general physical forces of the body. While there is much to be desired in the reactions in the physical forces of the body, we find that the major part of those suggestions as have been given - regarding the making for coordinations in the cerebrospinal and sympathetic nervous forces of the body - would react to the better functioning of the system itself.
3. As we find, in respect to the general physical forces, there is needed more and more of those elements for the general upbuilding for resistances in the system. These may be materially aided, as we find, with the Ventriculin with the iron, in the present. These properties taken under the supervision of a physician would make for material changes in the activities to the organs in their responses to body, blood and nerve building forces.
4. With the rest of the things suggested, we would follow much as has been indicated.
5. Ready for questions.
6. (Q) What can be done to clear up the skin? (A) Make for the better eliminations, as will be indicated through the use of those stimulations for the digestive forces and for the activities as just indicated.
7. (Q) What diet would be best for me now? (A) The body-building, as we have indicated; keeping to those things that are well-balanced, and keep the appetite much in accord with those things that become as desires for the body through changes wrought - not only by the coordinating of centers through the manipulative forces but by the active principles within the Ventriculin.
8. (Q) How often should the manipulations be given now?
480-22 Page 2
(A) Whenever there is the need, or the feeling of being taut in any of the portions of the locomotory centers, or dull heaviness that comes from the natural tendencies from disturbances in the circulatory system.
9. (Q) How long after I start my treatments now before the haziness should entirely clear? (A) This naturally depends upon the response the body makes, but as we find this should clear in the next sixty to ninety days entirely.
10. (Q) What can be done to relieve the rocking sensations due to the sea voyage? (A) This is a natural reaction from the unbalancing of the fluids in the system, and it will naturally wear off. The ingredients that may make for the assistance in this direction would be those combinations that we have indicated for nausea and for the reaction with the nerve impulses in the system. [See 106-7 on 4/20/25.] Limewater, Cinnamon Water, Iodide of Potassium and Bromide of Potassium - these in their regular combination as we have indicated. However, for this particular body there should be less of the Iodide and the greater quantity of the Bromide - but only in a ten percent solution; or the combination would be this: Lime Water...........................1 ounce, Cinnamon Water.......................1 ounce, 10% solution Iodide of Potassium....10 minims, 10% solution Bromide of Potassium...40 minims. The dose would be a teaspoonful in half a glass of water. This may be taken every three or four hours, or when necessary. This is to make for the coordinative reaction from ganglia throughout the whole system. [See 480-22, Par. R2 on 3/16/36.]
11. (Q) Should any other medications be continued? (A) As indicated, these should be continued only when the physical forces of the body require same. The Ventriculin alone should be sufficient in the present, with the manipulations.
12. (Q) Any other advice at this time? (A) Well to keep that constructive attitude, knowing that the abilities and the opportunities for the activities of the mental and physical body depend not so much upon self as upon the abilities to be helpful to others in their activities and in thine own associations.
480-22 Page 3
Constructive forces are that there may be those activities within self that may bring for those about self the greater help, hope and understanding.
