Time of Reading 11:10 to 11:25 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Detroit, Mich. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [480]; this we have had before.

2. As we find, conditions are CONTINUING to show - in the greater manner - improvements; or nearer to normal REACTIONS.

3. However, at times those reflections still continue to arise from the incoordinations in the cerebrospinal and sympathetic nerve forces, from the lack of proper coordination in ELIMINATIONS and ASSIMILATIONS.

4. But if there would be continued to be kept, in a COORDINANT manner, those suggestions FOR the improvements, we would find normalcy coming nearer and nearer to the proper reactions.

5. When there are those tendencies for the dizziness, and for the headaches that arise from same, we find that a SPECIFIC character of treatment at such times would relieve the conditions for the IMMEDIATE. At such times, then, let there be held a pressure (rather than a great amount of treatment) that would equalize the flow from or at the 1st and 2nd cervical and the 4th lumbar. This would be with the body lying prone, preferably; that is, upon the back. Hold this pressure for a few minutes, and - as we find - the body would respond. (It has just recently needed such a treatment, you see.) For, as we have indicated, the conditions that are disturbing are from these incoordinations in these areas.

6. But keep also the regular treatments that have been outlined, to make for a continued improvement.

7. In the periods just prior to the eliminations through the regular channels (the menstrual flow), it would be well to continue the use of the Tonicine; though it may be reduced, dependent upon the manner in which the body HAS responded to the GENERAL conditions, see?

8. The Ventriculin, that supplies the enzymes for the system, we would continue in the manner that has been

indicated.

9. We will find that those food values are best that make for the eliminating forces of the body through the alimentary canal; that is, leafy vegetables will make for the better eliminations - also, as a part of the diet (in the mornings or evenings), use either stewed figs, raisins, apricots, or pears occasionally. All of these will be found to be most helpful to the body in these directions.

10. The general treatments occasionally taken we would follow. Save the specific character of treatment as we have just indicated, continue same to the lower extremities and relieve the pressure from the feet also. This will make for better coordination.

11. Keep the activities of the body, physically and mentally, in constructive ways. Find each day that thou hast practiced that which has been assumed by those of other groups; that is, each day let the body mentally know that it has DONE a CONSTRUCTIVE deed. [Boy Scout]

12. Ready for questions.

13. (Q) Should the Ventriculin be taken more often than ten grams once each day? (A) As we find, if this amount was divided and taken twice a day - but the same quantity, it would be more effective.

14. (Q) Would a four-week trip to Florida during February and March be recommended? (A) This would be well for the body, provided that all of those conditions that go to make up the general treatment are adhered to; and not too MUCH of a strain or change made in the general physical activities of the body. The CLIMATIC conditions would be well, but if the diets and the physical activities are so changed as to counterbalance same, we may have a return of other disturbing forces!

15. (Q) In giving the treatment at the time of dizziness and headache, should the pressure be held on both points at the same time? (A) As given, both points at the same time; the 1st and 2nd cervical and the 4th lumbar. This would create a current of contact, as it were, and thus gradually ease the whole condition.

16. (Q) Is there improvement in general condition? (A) As given. Improvement in general condition, so that the reactions are nearer to normal; though disturbing conditions, as indicated, at TIMES occur.

17. (Q) Any other advice for the general welfare? (A) Do that as indicated, as we find, in the present.

18. We are through for the present.
