1. EC: Yes. Ready for questions.
2. (Q) What should be done for constipation? (A) As this ever works a hardship upon most bodies especially during the periods through which this body as we find is just entering, as well as for the general conditions that exist in the bodily functions, we find that the use of the enemas would be more effective upon the body. Not high enemas but the small or short tube, with salines and sodas in the water. For this body, in the quart of water - the temperature of the body - put a level teaspoonful of salt and a level teaspoonful of soda. Dissolve this thoroughly before putting into the Fountain Syringe. Even if used almost every day, in this manner these do not make for hardships or strains upon the body. Then with the general care and the diet that should go with these, should make for the better conditions in these directions; and it is much preferable to any strong activity upon the alimentary canal through the exercising through either acids or other ingredients to produce an inflammation of the mucous membranes of the intestinal system. Watching the diet, keeping the manipulations and the care then, and the use of these would be much preferable for the body.
3. (Q) Why the aversion to raw vegetables? (A) For these are supplied in some measure through other foods and things that are taken, but these should be taken then in moderation; as there are idiosyncrasies or conditions that arise from the general changes coming about. Do not crowd, but mince - as it were - over some of these, at least each day.
4. (Q) What may be done to stimulate desire for food? (A) This as we find as conditions develop will be a natural

condition for the body. But whatever supplies the desires for the body, as indicated, or unusual desires, give as near as possible. And we will find these will stimulate the greater desire for food.
5. (Q) What may be done to correct listlessness and lack of energy? (A) During the early stages of these conditions, listlessness should be rather a part of the condition; but sufficient exercise in the open each day, in the sunshine, should be had - whether it is riding or a little walking or just lying in the sunshine. This should stimulate the activities. Do not overtax the body. This does not mean to become listless, but rather as the general development of the whole condition for the body.
6. (Q) Should Ventriculin be taken oftener than once a week? (A) Not unless changes arise, or there is the lack of the proper distribution of energies. In the present we find this should be sufficient.
7. (Q) Would Dr. Raymond A. Biggs of 11146 Cratiot, Detroit, osteopathic physician, be recommended as physician through pregnancy and confinement, or would medical physician be preferable? (A) We would prefer the osteopathic to the medical throughout the condition. For a much easier period may be expected, if those activities are such that there are the proper precautions in the bodily activities and the bodily condtions. We would prefer the osteopathic to the medical, for the obstetrics.
8. (Q) Did the taking of the nausea medicine, improperly prepared, leave any bad effects in the system? (A) To be sure it tends to make it hard upon the system to eliminate the sedatives, but these should gradually work away. But do not take too great a quantity of the nausea medicine in any one day, even prepared properly.
9. (Q) Any other suggestions at this time? (A) These as we find in the present are those to be followed.
