Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:10 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Detroit, Mich. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here.

2. As we find, conditions are developing very nominally and normally. There needs to be only those precautions that have been indicated for the body in taking care in those directions as will make for proper activity; not overtaxing but going through the nominal, normal activities and not making for those attitudes either mentally or physically that would not bring about the greater natural, normal, nominal reaction throughout the body.

3. Ready for questions.

4. (Q) What causes the occasional dull headache across the back of my head? (A) This is a natural reaction from a little overstuffiness, or the reactions from the system's adjusting itself. These may be expected, and only are to be met by the proper precautions in every direction as has been indicated.

5. (Q) Is it from indulgence for food? (A) As has been indicated rather.

6. (Q) Have I been indulging my desires for food too much? What advice on this? (A) At times. This should be kept, though, as has been indicated. The supplying of the desires, but moderation in everything should be. Not extremes in any, but moderations in all.

7. (Q) Should there be any change in osteopathic treatments? (A) Only as the conditions develop. This, to be sure, as there are the dilations, the growths to those portions of the system, there should be the strengthening of the body muscular forces by keeping coordination along the cerebro- spinal system as is the custom or training in the osteopathic manipulations - which proves to be so helpful if there is the care of a body through such periods during the whole period. For these are necessary precautions, and

proper care for the nominal development makes for better conditions for the body, better conditions through those periods of taxation, better developments for the body within the body.

8. (Q) Any change in specifics? (A) As has been indicated, only as developments come.

9. (Q) When in Florida, which treatments should be continued? (A) Manipulations of a general nature should be kept occasionally.

10. (Q) How often while there? (A) Once or twice a week, or dependent upon just the feelings of the body, see? but the precautions or the directions for these should be carried from one to another; that is, one operator or director or physician to another.

11. (Q) What about the fitness of the Detroit Osteopathic Hospital at Highland and Third Ave., Detroit, Mich., for handling an obstetric case? [It's very small and you have to make your reservations in advance.] (A) These should be very good. This must be dependent upon - if there is NOT the confidence in those who have been given charge, then do not question them or confuse them if self has been and is satisfied with the precautions and the activities as surround such!

12. (Q) Any spiritual advice? (A) Keep in a happy, optimistic attitude, and think constructively!
