Time of Reading 3:55 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Detroit, Mich. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes.

2. As we find with this body, [480], conditions are developing very satisfactorily.

3. There should be rather those precautions as have been indicated in every manner.

4. It was not meant [in 480-34] that there is an organic disorder in the disturbance with the kidneys, but rather a sympathetic disorder - by the natural pressure upon the organs in the area and upon the bladder; which naturally makes for a tendency for a sympathetic reaction along the tubes, from the kidneys to the bladder, see?

5. The precautions in this direction then are that the feet are kept dry, that there are not those properties in the food values that irritate or produce a great distress upon the lower hepatic circulation or the kidneys. These are the warnings as have been indicated.

6. In the general reactions, we find that the precautions are very good - just keep same; and keep in those moods of expectancy, gladness. Keep things about the body that are not of a depressing nature. No excitements, but rather the genial, wholesome surroundings. Plenty of laugh, yes. Plenty of those things that make for a buoyancy to the whole disposition. These make for much better conditions during these last months.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) Any change in osteopathic treatments? (A) Only as the advanced stages would warrant, in the osteopathic applications for such conditions. Gradually, to be sure, as the advance comes, there is to be kept the relaxation so that there is the NORMAL activity of all portions of the body as related to the forces within the body.

9. (Q) Shall I continue with the Ventriculin? (A) These properties are very good; and as there is needed the influences for keeping better coagulation and better

hormones in the blood stream, these we find are very well. During these last weeks or months they may be taken a little farther apart, but the use of same is helpful and beneficial to the body.

10. (Q) What can be done for the heartburn? (A) Any activity that makes for the more active force of the stomach emptying itself. Just a few drops of Elixir of Lactated Pepsin in a tablespoonful or a good swallow of water as we find would be most helpful in the condition.

11. (Q) What specific foods should be avoided on account of the kidneys? (A) Any of the melon variety, or any too great quantity of such as green cabbage or the like, or any of those foods that are active or aggravative forces with the kidneys.

12. (Q) If kidneys are functioning properly, why does urinalysis show negative? (A) Kidneys are functioning very well. The negative reaction is only the normal condition from the GENERAL conditions of the system. It is the pressure, as has been indicated, that makes for a sympathetic disturbance.

13. (Q) Any other advice? (A) Keep in those attitudes and manners, and keep those things, that have been indicated.
