1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions she has submitted, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes - we have had the body here before.
3. As we find, there are very good conditions in many ways, and some very disturbing in other ways.
4. Partially, those disturbances arise from the general mental attitude of worry, of anxiety.
5. This is not then the suggestion that there be a goody-goody experience at all, but rather lean more on spiritual things; not disregarding the assurance in material things, to be sure, but depend upon the powers and the strength and the promises in Him.
6. This will make for an attitude for self, and those about the entity, and the general environment, of more of a contentment; not satisfied, not a general activity in which there is less and less of exertion, but an ACTIVE influencing force of being good for something - and not just good.
7. In the general physical force, there has been quite a depletion in the general nerve and blood supply. Of course, the strain upon the body through the mental anxiety and activities, as well as of childbirth, has depleted the vital forces and energies in the whole activity of the system. And there is inclined to be an impaction in the lower portion of the caecum, in the right portion of the body. This is where the jejunum enters the colon itself, or what was the appendicial area - the caecum activity.
8. For this we find that a general manipulation, with hot applications of an equal combination of Mutton Suet, Turpentine and Camphor, would relieve the tension.
9. Take Codiron as a tonic.
10. Have at least fifteen full, general osteopathic
480-52 Page 2
treatments; one each week until at least that many have been taken.
11. Keep a general upbuilding in the diet, by the body-building influences. Plenty of raw as well as cooked carrots. Have plenty of lettuce, tomatoes in moderation with same; cole or raw cabbage with same occasionally. Have plenty of beef juice; not too much of roast beef. Steak, - scrape same, even for self. Not too much of potatoes, but more of the skins. Plenty of onions, raw as well as cooked. Plenty of all forms of the bulbular vegetables - peas, beans and the like. Occasionally have the artichoke, to keep down those inclinations for the lack of the proper activity in the pancreas.
12. These as we find should bring much better results and experiences for the body.
13. Take one Codiron pellet with each meal that is eaten. Don't eat the pellet unless the meal is taken, see? Do this for ten days - then take two for ten days; leave off for five days altogether - then begin again with the one for ten days, then two each meal for ten days; and we should find much better conditions.
14. In the manipulations, make specific reference to the abdominal muscles of the body, especially as related to the nerve centers from the 9th dorsal to the sacral and lower lumbars.
15. Throughout these, the general treatment would also be for better eliminations. These should bring much better conditions for the body.
16. After a Fume Bath occasionally, use a rub with an equal combination of Olive Oil and Peanut Oil. This will enable the better circulation to the body, effecting the beneficial condition for the dryness of skin, and the inclinations for bumps or blemishes on exposed portions of the body. When this oil rub is given, massage just what will be absorbed from the palm of the hand. Begin at the hair and go plumb down to the toes - that is, from the edge of the hair into the temple and neck and the upper portion of the chest, across the shoulders and arms, and down either side the spine and across the abdomen, and - of course - across the pelvic areas, all the way to the limbs and even to the toes themselves; gently but thoroughly. Take about thirty to forty minutes to do this, THOROUGHLY - at least once a week - and we will find much of strength will be gained.
17. Ready for questions.
18. (Q) What causes pain in left side? (A) Inclinations from the impaction located in the right side, as we have just indicated; but the pain is the

pressure from the same on the left ovary. Not a disturbance there, except a pressure from the impaction.
19. (Q) What can be done for headaches? (A) Keep up those treatments just outlined, so we will get a better equalization between the superficial and deeper circulation.
20. (Q) Am not sleeping well. (A) Same disturbance. Keep the eliminations and this will be better. Do as has been outlined, and we will bring better conditions.
