1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [480]; this we have had before.
3. As we find, conditions or developments are near to normal.
4. Inconveniences are being experienced by the entity from the pressure in the abdominal area. And with a tension in those areas of the upper dorsals, a tautness is experienced about the diaphragm of the body. This produces abnormal pressures.
5. And there should be an adjustment of the supports, that should be better adapted to the conditions of the body in the present. This, of course, should be elastic in its nature.
6. Also there should be given at least two to three relaxations osteopathically, of the areas in the upper and central dorsal area. This will relieve that tension, allowing a better activity of the emptying of the duodenum, and better assimilation will naturally arise with this. The tendency for belching and the lack of ability to eat will disappear.
7. These, as we find, should be added in the diet:
8. At least three times a week take at least an ounce of carrot juice - this preferably the raw carrot juice, sipped - not just swallowed at once, but made palatable with salt and the like. This will aid in activity of the kidneys, regarding which it has been indicated [in previous pregnancies] that precautions should be taken.
9. Also at least once each week use a Jerusalem artichoke, to aid the kidneys, the eyes, and the flow of juices - or that taken in the assimilating system.
10. These we find would be the more beneficial effects for this body.
11. Ready for questions.

12. (Q) What causes and what should be done for sharp pains in abdomen? (A) As indicated, this tension in the upper dorsal areas, with the weight upon the lower abdomen, tends to make a line above or at the lower portion of the stomach, or at the diaphragm area. Thus the adjusting needed for the support, as well as the relaxing osteopathically.
13. (Q) Any special make of support you would recommend? (A) This will be better adjusted by the one making the adjustments, see?
14. (Q) Please outline the diet to promote best digestion. (A) As indicated - especially the carrot juices will be well, with all of those activities needed for producing more bone and structural building. These are the natures - or calcium; as small amounts of red cabbage, cooked and raw; small amounts of beef juices, and beef itself, and - of course - liver, and all such foods. Even though taken in small quantities (and fish), all should be a part of the diet. Plenty of breads - these the brown or whole wheat, of course. Do these things, though, and we will bring better influences for this body. See, these characters of juices will cause, with the relaxing, the tendencies for the lower portion of the duodenum to relax and empty better into the alimentary canal; and especially with the adjustment in the support and the weight removed from the lower portion - which presses at times so oft upon the bladder and the activity in the pelvic organs.
