Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:10 A. M. Eastern War Time. Detroit, Mich.
1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [480].
3. Changes are indicated since last we had the body here. Most are for improvements, though the lack of resistance and of vitality is a strain on the body.
4. But as we find, if there are measures taken to keep plenty of body-building forces that are easily assimilated through the system, not becoming overanxious as to the general conditions about the body, keeping or having plenty of rest, we should build back to a better and a nearer normalcy.
5. This may be done, we find, in the diets and in the general activities of the body. Have plenty of whole grain cereals as portions of the diet once or twice a day. Take beef juice rather as medicinal properties, or - as a tonic - the Wyeth's Beef, Iron and Wine.
6. With these take sufficient exercise - either walking in the open or occasionally, once a week or less and less if there is the activity in the open, a thorough massage - by a masseuse or an osteopath.
7. These would be the better conditions for this body to find the improvements.
8. Do not take those foods where there are great quantities of acidity produced, or the combinations that produce acids through the body.
9. Keep eliminations nominal, and when necessary use rather the vegetable compounds than the minerals for this body.
10. Do that.
11. Ready for questions.
12. (Q) What can I do to prevent becoming so weary? (A) As indicated, the vital energies in strength-producing foods are the better. These will build the strength better, as indicated.
13. (Q) What should be the dosage of the Beef, Iron and Wine?
480-57 Page 2
(A) That as may be indicated by the label on same, or - if this proves to be too strong - reduce the quantity, or add more water or liquid with same when being taken.
14. (Q) Any other precautions to be taken now? (A) Only as indicated. Have sufficient of exercise, but this rather the walking as a regular exercise - or, as indicated, the massage or of the natures outlined.
