1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [481]. Many are the changes in the body since last we had same. [No copy of earlier personal rdgs.]

2. Now, as we find, there are definite conditions that are causing disturbances of various natures, as will be seen. These, in the greater part, are in their incipiency, or in a primary condition at present. Without decided changes these will eventually produce constitutional conditions that would be very hard to eliminate from the physical conditions of the body. Taken in time, with persistence, may be eliminated from the body.

3. These conditions have to do with the circulation, the lymph circulation particularly, as related to portions of the body and of the assimilating or digestive system.

4. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, [481], at the present time:

5. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find deficient in quantity and quality, produced as much by irritation as anything else, and the attempt of the system to supply from the body, that assimilated, the necessary elements for creating the warriors - or the white blood supply - and that as will resuscitate or make for the replenishing. This is the basis of the nerve conditions of the system, rather than from any improvement or impingement in the cererospinal system, from which more often such apparent conditions arise. A form of anemia, but one that would show a great variation in a period of time of the white and red blood count.

6. IN THE NERVOUS SYSTEM, here we find a great deal of disturbance, as indicated. This is rather the effect, in this particular condition, than the cause, of much of the disturbance. These, as we see, are from those conditions in the blood supply, from detrimental conditions existent in the assimilating system, and from those conditions in the

481-1 Page 2

portions of the body where pressures from operations that were had [for tonsils and adenoids in childhood?] - especially in the throat, head - have affected the tissues, so that it makes pressure that produces irritation. Hence the antrums of the face, those of the head, and the ducts of the body, suffer under this strain; producing, then, the nervous debilitation, the nervous over-activity, and insomnia and kindred conditions that arise from same; unnatural perspiration at times, or unnatural activities of the respiratory system as related to the lymph circulation. These are as results of same. These are shown more actively when the body is attempting to adjust itself, by the relaxation of the muscular forces throughout the physical body. Hence the disturbance is more perceptible in periods when the body attempts to rest, or sleep, or too much relaxation without physical activity will make for nervous reactions, and the tendency for the body to become more and more of the nervous or temperamental nature.

7. These pressures also produce in portions of the system - as in the frontal sinus, and those about the ear, or in the soft portion of these - a drumming at times, which produces an irritation that makes for a contraction over the body, as of a nervous chill. Hence we will find at times there will be periods when the body has the feeling of hot and cold sensations.

8. IN THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, in the brain forces these are very good; discrimination and activities of the brain forces under normal reactions are well.

9. As to the abilities of the sensory forces to react with that which may be called the sixth sense, or the ability of the auditory forces to control in such a way and manner that sleep acts nominally with the body, these are disturbed through those pressures as indicated in throat, in the tissue that has shown or does show the scar or pressures in same.

10. The inability of the assimilating system, by the overcrowding at times of the body with foods, abnormal appetite at times, these make for pressures in the system that react to the glands that must function with the sympathetic system. Hence those tingling sensations, trembly sensations, that occur in sleep; at others the inability to be still, or to hold the hands still - yet nominally, when the physical MIND operates, steady.

11. In the organs of the sensory system, then, we find these disorders produce super-senstive activity at times in the hearing, in the feeling of the body, in the odors that may be perceptible to the body, as in the power, as in the power

481-1 Page 3

of vision that comes and goes with those reactions. These are the attempts of the system to adjust itself to the varying conditions that exist in the system.

12. In the bronchi and lungs - with the irritations, these make for a tendency for irritation throughout at times, as is seen from the tendency to clear the throat, and for a little cough that appears at times, apparently at night or soon of mornings, with little or no discharge except a serum or phlegm that is of little or no consequence in the present - but, with irritations continuing, would eventually bring more and more a STRAIN on the system. At times we find the salivary glands function too little, at others an over amount. Hence the variations in the feelings of the appetite that appear in the system.

13. Heart's action, under the condition, very good, though the variation in the pulse or heart beat is perceptible - even the variation in one portion of the body and another. As there will be at least two counts difference between that in the right and left wrists.

14. In the digestive system, here again we find or see the effects of a disturbed nervous system by irritation, and the tendency of the nervous indigestion that occurs at times. These are as much from the nervous reaction that produces irritation, and the over activity in the digestive system attempting to create sufficient of those properties in the system that will create an equal balance. Hence the distress to the sympathetic system from within, rather than from pressures from along the cerebrospinal. These make for also those overtaxings of the elements in the system that make for the pressures, which produce the lack of ability for the body to assimilate sufficient to increase a great deal in weight, or to make for the storing of energy as makes for so much strength or vitality. Not that the body is weak. These are tendencies, as has been given.

15. In meeting, then, the needs of the conditions of the body, we will find there will first be the necessity for the body to make a CONCERTED effort and a CONSISTENT effort to meet those needs, those requirements, for creating an equal balance throughout the physical body.

16. Then, in meeting first those irritations that are seen in the antrum, and in those portions of the body, these will of necessity need some specific that will act with the membranes, so that the circulation may absorb, absolve, take from the system, those poisons - and at the same time be mindful that in other portions of the system these do not accumulate, so that we might remove the disorder from one portion at the expense of another. So, the activities for

481-1 Page 4

the body must include them all. Begin first, then, in this manner:

17. We would take three to five minims each day of Atomidine, in water, that there may be a strengthening of those elements that are active with the ducts and glands of the body for elimination.

18. We would be mindful of the diet, that those foods are taken that are easily assimilated. Do not take quantities of grease of any nature. No hog meat of ANY kind, save that as may be taken in pig knuckle or in tripe, or the like. These would be prepared then without grease, rather with those that make for the easy assimilating in the system. When meats ARE taken, they should be those either of roast beef or roast mutton, or fish, or fowl - but not fried fowl, even. It should be either baked or broiled.

19. The diet, then, would be rather as this:

20. Mornings - citrus fruits, with some rice cakes, muffins, or corn muffins, or the like, with honey as a sweetening; no syrups or jellies, or jams, at this meal. If cereals are taken, do not mix these with the citrus fruits - for this CHANGES the acidity in the stomach to a detrimental condition; for citrus fruits will act AS an eliminate when taken alone, but when taken with cereals it becomes as WEIGHT - rather than as an active forces in the gastric forces of the stomach itself. It requires a different element for the digesting of citrus fruits with cereals of any nature that are taken with milk; for curds with acids of fruits are as pouring milk in tea that has lemon in it. It produces a curd.

21. Noons - principally green vegetables, RAW! Soups or broths may be taken at this time. No white bread! This will be hard for the body at first. NO WHITE BREAD! at this meal!

22. Evenings - cooked vegetables, and the meats WHEN these are taken. Do not eat meat more than three times each week, and don't gorge self when this is done!

23. For the condition in the antrum and throat, use a gargle at least twice each day of Lavoris or Glyco-Thymoline, or - better still - ALTERNATE Glyco-Thymoline with salt and soda mixed together as a gargle, in water, to be sure. One one day, one the next. These are well.

24. As a spray in the nasal, use a weakened solution of the fish oils, or those compounds that are WEAKENED for same, see? in the black fish oil, see? [Ichthyol?] This would be weakened with alcohol - that is, half and half - and then DOUBLE the quantity - or half and half - distilled water. This would be antiseptic and healing at the same time, see?

481-1 Page 5

25. It would be well that a systematic exercise be taken morning and evening, but don't take it one day and then leave it off for two or three. Take it for three or four minutes morning and evening. In the morning take exercise of the upper portion of the body, from the waist up - circulation from the waist up, raising and lowering the arms - raising them high above head, as to scratch - then take the head and neck exercise, and if one is left off leave off the body, but do not leave off the head and neck exercise! but take them all! In the evening take the stooping exercise and bending for the lower portion of the body, or the swinging of the lower limbs.

26. If we will do this, we would find in eight weeks the body will put on some flesh and feel entirely different.

27. Ready for questions.

28. (Q) Is there any organic trouble with kidneys? (A) With the amount of poison in system, from that which has been indicated, there would be almost anything disturbing some portion of the body! We have outlined those things to be aided, and - as is seen - with the Atomidine these conditions will clear up. The Atomidine should be taken for periods - three to five drops each day for five to ten days - then leave off for two days and then begin over again. There is the choking of the ducts that act toward assimilation. Not organic disorder, but functional disorder, by choking of the ducts that are TRYING to eliminate poisons from the system.

29. (Q) Is it harmful for the body to smoke or use tobacco in any form? (A) That of the moderation is well for anybody, for it acts with the nervous system - but if in excess is harmful to the tissue and throat. Better now that the body did not inhale same. Hence his pipe will do very well, if he won't inhale it!

30. (Q) Why the occasional soreness in the region of my appendix? (A) There might be a soreness in almost any region with as much poison moving around in system! and especially when the ducts, or the active force of the appendix itself is to absorb from the portion of body lying between the outer and inner capsule of body, and with the sweat and perspiration that is produced from the lymph circulation externally, this produces irritation. Clear the system - don't eat so much, and eat in the way and manner as has been outlined - we will clear this all up!

31. Do that. We are through for the present. Copy to Self
