Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:05 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [487]; this we have had before.
2. As we find, the general conditions are very good. The specific conditions that we have had here before still show the effect of the disturbances where there was the injury to the covering of the bone itself.
3. If the proper precautions are taken, so as not to cause irritation to that portion of the body, or if the elements in the general physical forces of the body are kept in a normal balance, we will find that this will eventually disappear.
4. Should there become accumulations, then such a condition in itself would bring about disturbances to the bone structure.
5. Then, keeping a normal activity without strain to that particular portion would be the better manner; taking proper precautions about same, and using those properties that we have indicated for the better reaction to the local condition. A general reaction from the system is necessary.
6. As to the other forces, if these are kept as indicated, we will find it will make for the betterment.
7. Ready for questions.
8. (Q) Does this local condition in the hip show any improvement? (A) As indicated, it shows improvement; but as has been indicated also.
9. (Q) Should the massages with the compound be given longer at a time, or is sufficient being rubbed in? (A) Sufficient; just be consistent and persistent.
10. (Q) Is playing baseball too strenuous exercise for the body? (A) Not unless the body allows self to become run down or weakened or overstrained, see?
11. (Q) Any other advice that will be of help to the body at this time? (A) These are the conditions that we find in the present.

Take the precautions, and the natural reaction will be toward betterment. Do not attempt to smother the condition or give way to the feeling that it is there, but a normal reaction is necessary; that is, normal exercise. The awareness of the weakened condition should only make for the proper precaution. But live or act in a normal manner, and being in the better physical forces or conditions will naturally make for the gradual improvement. It is necessary that this be replaced, you see - the inflammation on the bone structure itself. Inflammation on the cuticle requires from three to six weeks; about seven times as long on the bone structure.
12. That is all the questions regarding this body.
