Time of Reading High School, 11:20 11:25 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [487], this we have had before.

2. In the general physical conditions of the body we find an improvement from that existent in the body when last we had same here.

3. There is a weakness still from the abrasions to the covering of the bone itself in the side, but in a GENERAL manner - unless there is very severe STRAIN of some character or nature - we would say that with the keeping of the rubs occasionally as given, twice a week or something like that, this would be overcome.

4. The general physical developments of the body-physical, we find, are very good.

5. Ready for questions.

6. (Q) Would my hip start hurting, or would it be dangerous for me to play football for [...] this year? (A) We would not play football. This is dangerous; it is too strenuous, WITH the general conditions. Rather an easier exercise, such as indoor ball or outdoor basket ball or the like, or soccer, or something of that nature.

7. (Q) If I continue the rubbing, approximately how long before my hip will be entirely well? (A) Well, it depends upon what you're going to eat, how much exercise you're going to take, and just what you are going to do - if we would tell you just how long! All of these have their bearing on it. To prognosticate as to whether a body would be poisoned by this or that or the other, or whether he would be hit by this, that or the other, is quite unwise - if you want to be in line! But in ORDINARY terms, in three to four months more there should be even no weakness; that is, provided the diet is kept pretty good, that there is no exposure of cold or congestion, no great strain, or being run over or run against, or crawling under the fence, or the like!

8. (Q) Is the present general diet alright?

487-18 Page 2

(A) Present general diet is very good. Keep an even balance between acids and alkalines, potashes and iodines; these are your four principles, and ones that work one with the other.

9. We are through with this reading.
