Time of Reading 5:30 to 5:45 P. M. Eastern Standard Time.

1. GC: You will have before you [487], present in this room, and his possibilities and opportunities in connection with securing employment with General Electric, R.C.A. in Camden, N. J., and Westinghouse in Pittsburgh, or other companies. Considering information previously given him through this channel regarding his life work, you will advise him in making plans that will lead to the greatest possible development. You will answer the questions which have been prepared.

2. EC: Yes.

3. In considering the opportunities and the possibilities, the many phases of the entity's experience and development - both of the material and the psychological, and other phases - must be taken into consideration:

4. First, from the psychological aspect, it would be well for the entity or body to obtain employment as soon or as early in the season of training as is practical or possible, - from the effect naturally that it would have upon the entity in its own mental and physical development.

5. Then, the choice as to the outlets of the abilities of the entity becomes next. And as we find, the associations with the General Electric would be the more satisfactory, - in the experimental and developing department, as well be - or would be - a part of the training.

6. However, if there are the opportunities presented that offer an outlet for the activities in either of the other connections, and these offer the manner or means of the more perfect, more efficient training than through associations or connections with other organizations (for these all - General Electric, R.C.A., Westinghouse - are affiliated, yet they each maintain their individual manners of training or developing of activities), then choose that with either of these which would appeal to the self - but with that purpose of DEVELOPING along those lines that are of a constructive nature, ever.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) What steps should be taken with General Electric to make connections or contacts, that have not been taken? (A) As we find, there will be an offer - through these connections. As to whether this comes sufficiently soon to satisfy the psychology effect will depend upon activity of others. So, do not wait if it does not present itself immediately - but have that idea, that purpose in view to work towards that as will be an eventual connection there.

9. (Q) Regarding letter from R.C.A. recently received, would you advise that I go and see them as requested? (A) If there is an appointment in keeping with the necessities that are in hand regarding the activities, this would be well. This should indicate to the entity the character of those who are in the position of standing in the place of those to meet buffs and rebuffs for employment.

10. (Q) You would advise, then, that I work towards securing connection with General Electric as a preference? (A) As indicated. If there are the opportunities for those connections with the Westinghouse (which as we find will be ALSO offered, and the preference will be sought as to whether Pittsburgh or Connecticut or Massachusetts), choose the eastern rather than the Pittsburgh area - if offered.

11. (Q) Considering all circumstances and conditions, what type of work would you advise me to take up with the company? (A) As has been indicated, only that which is of the CONSTRUCTIVE nature. Of course, the tendencies will be in the experimental fields for explosives to those activities of destructive influences. Then lean towards those that can be turned to constructive channels - developing of those ways and means for assistance to mankind in every phase of his experience, rather than those that are destructive even though they ARE for MAINTAINING better balance for human experience.

12. (Q) Are there other companies or connections which would be better than those mentioned above? (A) As has been indicated, these three offer the channels through which other companies seek activity of individuals who - through the training courses - have shown efficiency in given directions.

13. We are through for the present.
