Time of Reading 6:15 to 6:25 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [494]; this we have had before.

2. There is as we find a much better condition between the activities of the heart, the liver, the kidneys, than has been indicated heretofore.

3. As we find, there should be an occasional osteopathic adjustment, mechanical adjustment for this body, to the centers and ganglia along the cerebrospinal system that make for better coordination IN the activity and impulses from the ganglia in the vagus center or the upper dorsal and throughout the cervical; with special reference to the secondary cardiac plexus.

4. Those from the 9th dorsal specific for the superficial as well as deeper circulatory activity to the liver, the gall duct and the UPPER portion of the jejunum; while those in the lumbar and sacral axis for the activities of the organs and the eliminations through the lower portion of the system.

5. And these, making a coordinating condition by the mechanical adjustments and osteopathic manipulations in those areas and manners indicated, should keep the body in a much nearer to normal condition; producing a better coordination from the flow of the activity of the circulation from the lungs to the heart, from the heart to the lungs, to the liver, to the lower hepatic circulation.

6. And for this body, if these are kept near to a normal flow, we will keep a much nearer normal balance to the body.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) Is the stiffness in neck due to rheumatism? (A) Due preferably as we find to the specific areas from which infectious forces arise; as from the incoordinant reaction between the flow from the heart to the liver and the lack of the superficial circulation coordinating with same.

With the adjustments and the stimulations in the areas indicated, these should disappear. As to the time or how often administered, once a week for three to five weeks, then left off for a period of a week to two weeks, and then again for a like period, SHOULD as we find make sufficient changes for these conditions to be entirely eliminated and for the body to be able to rest from such for at least six to eight to ten weeks.

9. (Q) Is there anything besides osteopathic treatment she should do? (A) Rather as we find these are the efficient and sufficient measures to be used in the present conditions.

10. (Q) Are there any exercises that would be particularly beneficial for the body? (A) These conditions do not require so much exercises of specific natures, if these treatments as indicated are taken consistently - which should be sufficient, with the general exercises that are taken by the body.

11. (Q) Any other advice for the body? (A) Keep MENTALLY in that attitude of CONSTRUCTIVE thinking, ever. Never allow self to become pessimistic or doubtful, or fearful as to the activities about the body in any form.

12. We are through with this Reading. Copy to Self, through son, (two copies, one for Osteopath) " " Ass'n file
