1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [494]; this we have had before.
3. Unless a great deal of precaution is taken, these conditions may become rather serious - and become bad; from some points of view.
4. As we find, the greater portion of the disturbance in the present arises from the old disturbance as a part of the hepatic circulation.
5. Hence the accumulations of poisons in the system. These make for the pressures upon various portions of the body, as well as affecting organically the functioning of the liver and kidneys, and - of course, with the present condition, the heart's activity.
6. The better as we find would be to KEEP QUIET!
7. And, for at least an hour each day for three to four days, apply the hot Castor Oil Packs over the abdominal area; especially in the right portion - from the liver to the caecum on the right side. Use at least three to four thicknesses of flannel, saturated in the oil - not poured on, but saturated in Castor Oil. Have this warm and apply directly to the skin; not so hot as to cause too much discomfort, but sufficiently warm to produce the ability of the system to absorb quantities of the oil - using an electric pad to retain the heat for one hour, see?
8. On the evening of the third day, take internally at least two tablespoonsful of Olive Oil.
9. Then the next day have a good, deep osteopathic adjustment; with a stimulating treatments to all the nerves for better elimination and evacuation of the system.
10. Wait about five days, and then have another series of the Castor Oil Packs, followed in the same manner with the Olive Oil internally, and THEN the osteopathic treatment.

11. After the second series - unless there has been much improvement - it would be better that there be a colonic irrigation; this systematically or scientifically given, - not attempting to take one merely by self.
12. Be precautious as to the diet; having those foods that are strengthening and yet easily assimilated; not large quantities of fats, but more fruits and vegetables, and fruit and vegetable juices - these are the better for the body.
13. These as we find offer the better conditions.
14. DO NOT give this body sedatives, unless there is a great deal more stress or pain. For, these would be detrimental to the heart - as well as to the kidney condition.
15. Ready for questions.
