1. EC: Yes - just getting settled - getting ready to begin.

2. We have the body, [501]. Now, we find very unusual - or rather out of the ordinary - conditions physically. While there is being held in the consciousness of the individual those forces as will, as do, make for a well living organism - well, however, were it - as consciously understood - that the SAYING, as is ordinary or trite in many minds, "All things work together for GOOD for those who love the Lord", and that all things material are manifestations OF the divine, and that material conditions are often more aided - and MOST aided - by compliance with the material laws as respecting mental and spiritual application of MATERIAL conditions FOR material reaction IN a physical body! This is not given in any sense as to belittle, as to discount, as to not be wholly in accord with that as is being demonstrated before the body-mind in word of mouth in the present; for physical conditions in the physical body, when in the proper environ for the proper contribution of its effect upon the physiognomy of a body, or the pathological conditions are in accord with material applications, these may be best aided in a physical body; not discounting the necessity of the mental and spiritual attitude of the individual.

3. So, as is seen in the physical forces of this body, [501] as we are speaking of:

4. Anemic as to building for resistance in the system, and the tendency of the organism to create more of that as a resistive force in the matter of plasms in the blood than of that of an executive force, or as a force as to recuperate or resuscitate the organisms as are necessary for stored ENERGY and resistance in the blood; or, commonly put, the tendency of the numbers in the white to be greater than

501-1 Page 2

those - or equal TO those - of the red, and that plasm in the urea to be more than the gluco in the hemoglobin itself in the blood. These vital forces - this vitality - the differentiated forces as in vitamins - becomes most necessary to meet the needs of the conditions in the body, as is seen from conditions in the pulmonaries, as is seen from conditions in the digestive system - and while the alertness of the organisms are in command, will the conditions be so set as to make FOR more vitality being STORED, the progress of restoration of the physical well being would be much more prominent, or predominant, in the physical forces of the body. These conditions, then, we find, as tax the system - and in meeting the NEEDS of same, we would add - with the proper balanced diet - certain CLEANSING forces as are of a nature as to act as antiseptics, not only in the soft tissue of organs easily affected, but in the very tissue of the digestive system proper. Then, we would change as to these: First, prepare as this, as an inhalant and antiseptic for the bronchi, lungs and nasal cavities, which will aid the eyes even - and prevent so much tendency of the lachrymal glands to function, or the eyes to water easily - or the overflow from same to the nostril; so that the cleansing forces of same will be active as an eliminant and as healers also. Prepare same as this:

5. To 4 ounces of 85% alcohol, in an 8 ounce glass corked container, add: Eucalyptol, or Oil of Eucalyptus........20 minims, Benzosol................................10 minims, or Rectified Creosote.................5 minims, (Do not use both, but one or the other), Canadian Balsam.........................10 minims, Rectified Oil of Turp...................10 minims, Tolu in solution, or Tincture of Tolu...30 minims. To inhale into the bronchi and lungs, shake solution - then inhale, or draw against the vacuum in the bottle itself, or against the bottle. As a spray for throat or nostril, pour a small quantity in TWICE the quantity of water and use as a spray, see? or for ACUTE conditions, place a teaspoonful in a half cup (preferably the cup, though, should be crock or glass) in boiling water. Cover head, or take same through cornucopia - into the bronchi or the mouth, or through nasal cavity. This may be done once or twice a day from bottle, once or twice a week as spray, or when NECESSARY in acute conditions - as cough, or tendency for asthmatic feeling or

501-1 Page 3

pain in the lungs - through the inhalation of or from the boiling water.

6. We would also take 3 grain tablets of Calcidin once every other day, or oftener if necessary. This taken internally tends to ease pressure in lung area, and to produce more of an iodized condition in the gastric forces of the stomach, and is NOT acid producing; yet this very fact must be kept in mind, that the acid producing conditions are harmful to the eliminations in the alimentary canal, making condition hard for liver and kidneys. Hence the intestinal antiseptic also. For this we will find the better condition by taking, once each day, 3 drops of Glyco-Thymoline in a tablespoonful of plain water.

7. The diet should be those that are particularly blood building. Take as much olive oil as the body will assimilate, but take same in minute doses half a teaspoonful 3 or 4 or 5 times each day; not too much, provided the body does not get to where same is belched or pain felt from taking same. The Gastrogen tablets would be well, but preferably such - WE would use - as those that carry the codliver oil, or codliver oil in an albumized state, or like Wampole's Codliver Oil. This is as of SUNLIGHT taken into the gastric forces, of especially the duodenum. Calves' liver, broiled, at least twice to three times each week, should be a portion of the diet. Also, of mornings, well that the yolk of one or two eggs be beat either in milk or malt and drank as the morning meal, WITH whole wheat gruel or oaten gruel - but either or both should be well cooked before taken. In the noon or lunch, plenty of the shell fish - or fish proper. These are good, whether in the dried or in the fresh. The fresh carry more of that vitamin as makes for stamen [stamina] in the vital forces of reproduction of EVERY form OF life in the system. Remember, this is for good and bad influences or bacilli as may be in body! Hence, these should be carefully selected, and be VERY fresh, and not from polluted waters. In the evening, those of the sweetened foods should be preferably of saccharin or beet sugars; NOT cane, but the meats would be the JUICES and not the flesh of beef and the vegetables should be of the pod and tuberous nature. Do not eat the central portion, though, of the spud or potato; rather the jacket and the OUTER portion. No apples, but other fruit - especially pears and grapes, these are well - but both should be seeded before the portions are eaten. These, with the proper attitudes as held by body, will build for a strong physical force in the body itself.

8. Keep the mental attitudes aright. The body, in its daily

application of commercialization of the industry as is seen in self, would make a wonderful success - as WE see - in FANCY candies. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) Is lung trouble entirely healed? (A) In abeyance, and with proper conditions and surroundings - keeping in the air as much as possible, and with the proper relationships kept - should be kept so.

10. (Q) Can varicose veins be cured? (A) These are best kept under the proper pressure by the elastic as may be worn for same, until at least the general physical health is in much bettered condition.

11. (Q) Under present conditions, how best can body best earn a good living again? (A) As has been given. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n office " " Dr. Lydic " " Research Department
