1. EC: [At beginning, in going over dates, towards last just before starting the reading, words that sounded something like this: "all the scene between these may be given."] Yes, we have the entity and those relations with the universe and universal forces, that are latent and manifested in the personality of the present entity, [504].
2. In entering the present experience the entity from the astrological aspects is very much from the mental approach under the influence of sojourns in the planetary influences, rather than from purely astrological aspects at time of birth or during period of gestation. For, if it were considered from the purely astrological given by most of the sages or seers of old, with this particular body the period of gestation would be more the influence in the present sojourn than from the position of the planets or any of the astrological influences, either as to the square of those arising or those setting or in the zodiacal influences of the planets being in their varied aspects during that period.
3. But, as we find, it is as to that which may be most helpful to the entity in applying same in the experience. For knowledge or intellect or understanding without the ability or the desire to apply same becomes stumblingblocks in the experiences of every soul. We seek to give that which the entity in its soul application may use in this material world in this period, in this experience, to aid self and help self in understanding self, self's desires, self's innate influences, and come to make - most of all, for this particular entity - that knowledge, that understanding, a more VITAL thing in this present experience.
4. From the astrological sojourn or planetary influence,

then, we find:

The Mercurian influence shows a high-minded individual; one capable of analyzing that which may be data or truth, and to a great extent FEEL the application of such understanding BETTER than able to give expression to same. Yet as the soul's development has been, it has made this very fact in the body's experience often cause periods when loneliness in the mental forces of the body has been overpowering in many respects. And without those saving graces as may be said to be from the influence of the entity's sojourn in Venus and Jupiter, these lonely periods would have been rather for destructive than constructive forces in the entity's experience.
6. But with Venus and Jupiter also influencing the entity from the innate or mental forces of the soul's experience, duty and vision and the grasp of the broader vision of why and what experiences may mean, has buoyed up the entity in its inner self at such periods and thus brought oft to the entity those strengthening influences, through its turning within itself for counsel with the spiritual influences that are of the soul's development with that whereunto there have been associations in the sojourns in the beyond or the inter-between. If these are raised rather to an experience in the entity's sojourn in the earth, as to where and when there were the counselings with those that had been and were very close to that consciousness which should be the ideal of every soul in this mundane sphere, then may indeed there come even in the present experience that ability whereunto the body may in its associations and within itself, not unto vainglory, not unto selfish purposes but to, make its influence FELT and more far-reaching in the application of the knowledge and understanding that is innate within the entity's inner self; and not feel so easily sat upon, or so easily bewildered by the bombastic talk of individuals who would reason rather from the material aspects than the spiritual. Indeed very oft does it not do to multiply words with unbelievers, nor does it make for any better thought of self to make for crosses in the application of words or experiences in the souls of any; yet to know whereunto thou hast believed and to be able to be strengthened even as He, from the very spirit of truth itself that is indeed the very breath of life, and makes for the abilities in self's own application of the truth to become more harmonious, more peaceful from within; which of itself when allowed to manifest itself in the countenance even of the brightness of the glory of the sun itself may bring a more powerful influence upon those whom the entity contacts day by day.

7. As to the appearances and their influence in the activities of the entity in the present sojourn, as we find, many have been the disappointments in the experiences with individuals, in the experiences in the earth. And this has made for a tendency for the entity to oft appear timid or shy, or nonplused at any overpowering influence in those who appear to be very worldly-wise or very expressive of the wisdom that they feel within themselves. Yet these have been in the greater part for developments for the entity, and in the present should be united in the spiritual influences and the strength that may be maintained and gained by the turning within and drawing upon the spirit of the truth as given in Him that has promised to be with thee always even unto the end of the world, of the earth, of the earth's experience.
8. Before this we find the entity was in the land of the present nativity, during those periods when there were the settlings of the land, yet when it was rather taken by the English in exchange for those portions of the land in the northern portion of South America.
9. The entity then, in the name Heidenbergher (Lillian), gained and lost; for it was with those - with whom the entity was associated in that period - that brought about much of the political and material change in the associations of the land known as Manhattan and New England and those portions that had been settled by a Dutch and German peoples that were as the forefathers in the flesh of the entity. Yet the necessity of making changes, in the sojourns and the returnings to the other lands for all of the various changes that were necessitated by the exchange in the material way, brought disappointments - and physical sufferings from the disappointments, and made for those experiences in self when fear of what may happen, of voyages, of wars, of exchange in properties, of those things that deal with law or those things that deal with international questions, make for - as it were - tiny shivers in the body itself, as they move along those of the pineal that make for the awakening that is in the real heart and SOUL of the entity. For, its psychic forces - from its developments through many sojourns - have made for one that is VERY sensitive; yet, as has been indicated, the greater portion of this has been subjugated. And were an analysis made from the standpoint of the psychoanalyst, it would be said that there has been something in the experience of the entity that has made for subjugating of many faculties and many of the conditions in the direction of making itself more VITAL in the groups or periods of association in groups

and associations of the entity itself.
10. Before that we find the entity was in the land now known as the Fatherland, or in the Nordic land, during those periods when there were the gatherings of many that went as in defense of an ideal, or rather as an idea that went to seed in what was supposed to have been an ideal; for the Father hath said, "Not by might nor by power, but by my word saith the Lord of hosts" shall there be brought into the experience of everyone the proper way of a manifestation of the Father and His love in and among men.
11. Yet, during the associations of the entity in that experience of the second Crusade into the Holy Land, men had - being fraught with words that had fired the very souls and the minds of men to defend an idea, defend an ideal in the flesh - made for rather making might as being right, power as in men's hands rather than that that comes from listening to the still small voice from within.
12. The entity in the experience was, as it were, caught between the nether millstone; for neither did the entity in self desire to join into the Crusader's activity nor in the flesh desire to leave its surroundings, for many were the things that were pleasant from the material standpoint during that sojourn, yet for the fear of what was said and would be said by those in the associations the entity SUBJUGATED its own material and better mental abilities for the following in those activities in the experience.
13. Then in the name Heidellenbeucher (the man), for it changed in its sex in that, for the desire that came afterwards from those experiences brought turmoils and strife yet inner soul developments for the entity.
14. In the present experience there is much of the fear of those things that were characterized by the activities during such sojourns, and such activities during that sojourn influence innately the entity's thought and activity. Yet, as seen and as given from the intimations as to the application of self, will is that factor that is the pivot upon which the soul of man may make his body-soul one with the Father or turn into self-indulgences, self-aggrandizements that bring detrimental forces in the experience.
15. Then, with the sources of supply, through the spiritual developments and that which has come and may come as the promise from Him who is the Lord, the ruler of all, will thine self more vital, more powerful in the activities thou mayest join in; whether of mental, of material or of spiritual. For:
16. Before that we find the entity was in that land where

there were those that were called upon to give of their body those that were of age, when there had gone out the decree from Herod that all males from the suckling to two years old should come under the power of that edict.
17. The entity then was a neighbor to Mary, the mother of the Lord, and to Joseph. And the husband of the entity was then a carpenter also, and an aide to Joseph, in the name Cleoapas. Hence the entity knew much of those things that have remained to the WORLD a mystery, and oft in the quietness of the hours of the early morn, when as during that period, the entity suffered in the body as for the loss of the offspring, and as has been given that the cry of Rachel went out to the Father for the deeds done in the body of those that professed to be the followers of the living God. Hence doubts and fears arose during the entity's sojourn in that experience, yet when there again arose those in the activities of the forerunner and later when the Son of Mary had again gathered at Cana in Galilee, the entity was among those present and as an intimate friend of the mother of the Lord, and saw the first of the miracles of the Lord in Cana of Galilee! And these experiences through that sojourn, as indicated in the early morning hours, have often come; sometimes as beautiful visions, at others - when turmoil and strife arose within the experiences of the day - they have come rather as beating upon the mind that made for the influences of those that would hinder, the influences of the evil that would make of these as nightmares - and there has been in the experience often as one torn from the very breast in the destructive forces. This has made for a quieting within and at others a turmoil and strife within the self. Yet, if these will be turned and viewed from those experiences in that sojourn, there may be built that strength; for His promises ever remain, "Whom I WILL raise up - he that loveth the Lord's ways and hateth or careth not for what may be said in ridicule," for he that will not abase his own personality for the love of the Christ child is not worthy of His love.
18. Before that we find the entity was in that land now known as the Egyptian, among those that came from what is known as the Atlantean land and with the Atlantean, when there were the incoming of many that dealt much with the building up of those experiences in spreading the truths that had been set as tenets for the lands of many.
19. The entity was among those that made for the instructions to the young and to the old, not only in the art of weaving and making of heavier than the linens in the land but the coarser and heavier and finer arts of not only

the decorations of the body but the weaving of the materials and the styles that took on the representation of the various stations in life.
20. From that experience, in the present the entity finds that there is a peculiar innate feeling when certain dress or certain type of dress is seen, and that colors and odors have a peculiar effect upon the entity. And when there are the lotus and the sandalwood with cedar they become almost, even yet to the inner senses, overpowering.
21. The name then was Iel, and Iel made for developments in the experience; and her daughters became those that aided much in preserving - for those even in this day - that which made for the putting together of the finery or the GOODS of each individual, as they were in the material sense put away.
22. As to the abilities in the present of the entity, and that to which it may attain, and how, in the present:

As has been indicated, make the self more in attune to those still small voices that come from within, from the sojourn in the Promised Land; for promise and fulfillment promises to the entity have meant, do mean, much - yet in the material sense have often been so disappointing to the entity. Turn rather, then, to those that are safe in Him that is able to fulfillall that has ever been given to the sons of men, if they will but attune themselves to His laws, His ways. Just being kind, just being gentle, but being POWERFUL in same, may the entity make through the considering of all in self - the more joyous life, the more joyous experience, throughout this sojourn.
