Time of Reading 11:10 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [508].

2. Now, as we find, there are rather the complications of conditions that disturb the better physical functioning of the body. While the body is in the developing stage, or in its changes in the physical reactions, and there is and has been the necessity of the vitamins and vital forces in the body to be rather predominant, that have had to do with the structural building forces in the body, there has been the lack of these elements. And the excess drawing upon organs to supply in the system has made for the tendency towards an anemia, or not a normal, healthy development in the matter of building resistances in the system. These have been through the lack of the coordinating of those forces especially in the glands of the adrenals, and hence has in times back produced in the system a derangement with the functioning of the kidneys and the hepatic circulation. In the present conditions, as we find, these are combined then with this condition. For, with the resistance low in the system, and with the circulation slowed up, it has made for the tendency in the lymph circulation to produce the activity in the throat, in the head, and especially in the tonsil and the adenoid area such congestion as to make - with cold and inflammation - enlargements of these conditions. But we find the basis, or those conditions first disturbing, coming from rather a deeper condition in the system - as has been indicated.

3. With the affecting of the adrenal and the activity of the hepatic circulation, the circulation, through the hepatics has been slowed up; and with the body's attempting to make an increase in the circulation to keep the balance from cold and congestion, has made for this engorgement in the

508-1 Page 2

portions of the system indicated.

4. Hence, in meeting the needs of the conditions in the body, we will find it will be necessary to take all of these conditions into consideration, so that the applications that may be made may reduce not only those conditions that have caused and do cause distress in the lymph circulation, in throat, in head, and in the clogging conditions in the antrums, but necessary also that there be supplied elements within the body that may make for the ability of the blood supply to become balanced in the system to such ways and manners as to increase the quantity and quality to the circulation. And if there is the ability through such applications to set up drainages in the system, these will be very much better than resorting to operative measures to reduce these proturberances or enlargements of glands and those portions where the disorder exists.

5. We would begin first, as these:

6. While there have been applications that have maintained, as it were, the lesser degree of temperature, with the low pulsation, with the tendency for inflammation in affected areas, there will be periods when there will be influences of fever, and there will be pains in head, throat, and enlargements of the glands about the thyroids and in the area of the soft tissue, even in the face; but by the correction and by the stimulation of the circulation through manipulative measures, the drainages may be set up here to such an extent as to drain into the system the poisons and excesses that may be eliminated from the system, if the eliminations are kept in an alkalin way and manner - and thus eradicated from the system without producing to other portions that have already been weakened by strain in the system; and especially those subluxations in the 10th and 11th dorsal area, where these have first caused those pressures in the system, and bring about a normal healthy condition for the body.

7. We would first prepare then, after there has been the manipulations given each day for the first five or six days, to keep these drainages, take internally small quantities of Sweet Spirits of Nitre with the active forces from leek, or those that make for the active principles in the body that are effective to the circulations through the respiratory system and are active with the glands of the digestive system, and particularly - with the Nitre in same - to the kidneys, that we may drain off much of this excess of accumulations as drosses that have made for the hindering of the circulations through these portions of the body. We would take three to five drops at a dose, four or five times

508-1 Page 3

each day; or five to six drops an hour and a half to two hours apart. See?

8. Be mindful that the diet is kept more toward the building of blood and nerve energies for the system, as is well known by those in charge of the body-activities of the body.

9. And we will bring for the body a normal development, a normal reaction. And, as we find, it would not be necessary for operative measures unless inflammation and temperature arise; and then only in the adenoid - but do not do this if it can be DRAINED from the system.

10. (Q) What is the proportion of the Nitre and the leek? (A) The juices of leek or onions, that are pressed from same, see, when it's heated - just a bit - teaspoonful with three to four to five drops of the Sweet Spirits of Nitre.

11. (Q) What causes the lack of appetite, and what should be done to stimulate appetite? (A) Stimulating the whole of the cerebrospinal system, relieving the pressure so that there is the normal activity from the system, see? and when there is not, then there should be used the enemas or the stimulating of the liver to such activity in a general treatment to make for activities in same. Relieving the pressures here will make the normal appetite return.

12. (Q) Is the body being fed correctly now? (A) In the present and under the present emergencies, will be better that more of the citrus fruit juices and soups or juices of vegetables be used, for the next five or six days. No heavy food of any kind.

13. (Q) Is body showing results from Haliver malt with viosterol? (A) Showing results, showing effects rather in the system of same.

14. (Q) Is this of benefit to the body? (A) Not a benefit to the body under the existing conditions.

15. (Q) How often should the manipulations be given? (A) Just as given, each day for the first five or six days - until these drainages are thoroughly set up.

16. (Q) Are the teeth in good condition? (A) With a poor circulation, as has existed, these have suffered from stimulation as much as have many of the organs and many of the portions of the system - even as the structural portion in the regular development of the body. But with these applications, and with these adjustments as we have indicated, as we find, these will bring the better normal reaction. If the teeth and gums do not respond, from the very nature

508-1 Page 4

of that stimuli necessary for their activity - segregated in quite a manner from the rest of the system - they may need local attention, but first make the proper corrections and adjustments.

17. (Q) What shall be done for stubbornness? (A) The stubbornness is not so much in self as it is caused by the feelings in the body as resentments to the general conditions. A more healthy body will make a more healthy outlook. And do not say DON'T! Give the body things to do, instead of saying Don't do!

18. (Q) What treatment and shampoo would you advise for his hair and scalp? (A) With a general condition improved, and the circulation improved, pure water, pure soap, would be the better shampoo and the better application for a normal, healthy, growing body.

19. (Q) When the body has been returned to a normal state - (A) (Interrupting) We are looking very far ahead! Develop the conditions that are necessary. Take the steps that are necessary today, then what is necessary for the better development of the body physically or mentally may be added as conditions arise.

20. (Q) What caused the trouble last summer with the kidneys? (A) We are going back too far. We have given this; those repressions indicated in the portion where this began the creating of the influences that produced the anemia in the system - or the requiring of more of the leucocyte than the body with its elements at the time was able to supply from the red blood stream. Leaving in the system much in the same way and manner as prevented normal development with the body. See?

21. (Q) Any other suggestion for the body? (A) Do these for the present, and we will find we will bring the normal forces for this body.
