Time of Reading 10:55 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Texas. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: We have the body here, [522]. Now, we find, while there are disorders and distresses at times in the physical forces of the body, in MANY ways and manners the body is very good - and are [if] those conditions as GIVE distress, and CREATE disorders, [are] taken in time and proper applications FOR the re-adjustment of the physical forces, these should be EASILY eliminated from the system.

2. The conditions have to do with ELIMINATIONS of a character, and of the manner in which coagulations are created or carried on in the system. These [are] produced in part by OUTSIDE influences, yet these may be brought to a near normal condition, as we find, for this body.

3. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [522] we are speaking of. First:

4. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this at times shows the effect or the character of disorder. While at the present we would find very LITTLE as would be of an indication of disorder, yet were a SERIES of such tests made there will be seen that these VARY considerable in the character of the reaction of the hemoglobin; also the variation in the numbers in the white and red blood corpuscle supply. The pressure in heart's action also varying. Considerable portion of this, though, would be found to be of a psychopathic, rather than a purely PATHOLOGICAL condition - though the pathology OF the condition is existent in the blood stream at times, indicating that there are disturbances or HINDRANCES in the blood stream through stoppages in a portion of the circulation. Not by the character of a foreign nature bacilli, but rather of those conditions IN the system attempting to adjust itself to meet the NEEDS of pressures and of indicated disorders in the system.

5. IN THE NERVE SUPPLY, these, we find, are rather of the psychopathic nature, for the body - in the mental, and in the sympathetic system - a tendency rather of easily influenced in the forces as would deal WITH suggestions for the system. Not hypochondriac, in ANY sense, but rather that

522-1 Page 2

of the effect of continued depressions would cause continued reactions as relate to the effect of suggestion, and plays its part in the condition - even exhibited in the blood stream and nervous system, as would be easily indicated from that as has been given as respecting the blood supply and the disorders seen.

6. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, brain forces are very good. As has been indicated, the sympathetic reactions to the nerve system show one of high NERVOUS temperament - yet CONTROLLING self very, VERY good - yet easily influenced, especially in SYMPATHETIC ways, or sympathetic natures and manners. Tendency of the pressure in the brain forces, or the headaches - come from the disturbance in the circulation and in the digestive system, though the nervous condition is the seat or the cause of the condition - produced by a pressure as we will find in the organs of digestion.

7. Throat, bronchia, lungs, larynx - most of these are very good, though there is a fullness and a tickling sensation as is at times seen in the throat and bronchia, and especially to those of the soft tissue of the face and of the portions in the head itself proper. These come rather from the stomach, than from disorders within the portions - or of the system itself, though the reflex ACTIONS are such that those of a LOCAL application would EASE same. These, we would find, would be THROUGH those that will act as antiseptics ONLY for the mucus MEMBRANES of nose and throat. Also we will find that the heart's action shows this disorder, in the AMOUNT of pressure - or the character of the pulsations of activity over any great period.

8. In the digestive system we find disorders, as we do in the eliminating system - there having been a bruise to the body at some times back, until we find the mammary glands show the effect of this through their activity, and the character of the coagulation as was produced in the system at that time and the amount of the gluco and urea in the system itself. These throw off from the liver and from the digestive system through the ASSIMILATING system. These, then, naturally disturb the DIGESTIVE system, in the system attempting to create an EQUILIBRIUM from within itself. Also we find that in that lower portion of the digestion - that is, as related to the pancrean, the bile ducts, and those of the assimilating system - or the DUCTS as carry for the assimilating of foods FROM that eaten for the use in the system - these cause the greater DISORDER, though the CONDITION as exists in those of the glands - especially that come from the mammary gland, these cause the WORRY and

522-1 Page 3

disorder, though will there be created in the system such vibrations as that the eliminations through the alimentary canal and through the respiratory system are influenced to the extent that the throwing off of the refuse forces, and the breaking up through the activities of the vibrations in the system for the glands, these should eliminate the condition from the system without trouble or disorder; but these will NOT be found that they may be aided any MATERIALLY THROUGH the manipulation or even the massage of those portions, except as to the effect as may be created in the CENTERS to STIMULATE that of the circulation FOR this portion of the body.

9. Stimulating, then OSTEOPATHICALLY - but will have to be done properly, and in accord with what is being given for changed vibrations in system, from the 12th dorsal to the 1st cervical! These, ESPECIALLY, in the region of the 5th and 6th dorsal should need stimulation - but do not massage at the ducts or glands as surround those of the mammary gland, or to the breasts themselves - but those may be stimulated with electrical vibration, preferably those of the activity known as the deep therapy, or those of the changing vibration of the sinusoidal ray. THESE will be more effective to the system.

10. Also we would use, rather across the lower portion of the brachial plexus, that of the Radium Active Appliance, IN that of at least the Double X Strength - see?

11. Do that. We will find that, with consideration for the diet - DO NOT overtax the self mentally OR physically; not that the activities should not be in accord with the necessary stimuli for the system, but these should be rather in keeping WITH that being attempted to increase the eliminations through the alimentary canal, through the CAPILLARY circulation, and through that of the RESPIRATORY system.

12. The manipulations should be given at least twice each week; NOT adjustments - but MANIPULATIONS along the cerebrospinal system. Adjustments only as is necessary to keep the coordination between those of the hypogastric and pneumogastric plexus in the cervical and in the lumbar and lower dorsal regions, but NOT as adjustments.

13. Also, with these, we would take those properties as will make FOR the non-ACID conditions for the system. Little or no meats, and NO hog meats should be taken by the body - unless it be the very thorough]y cured ham - this may be taken in moderation, but never as fried meat. No FRIED MEATS of any kind, and very LITTLE of any meats should be taken. No sea foods should be taken by the body. Those are

522-1 Page 4

in the form of those vibrations that create for the glands of the system in a stimulation NOT good in these conditions; but green vegetables and those that grow above the ground. Jackets of potatoes and that close to same may be taken, but not the pulp itself. Those of the bulbular nature are very good, provided they are furnished in the proper way and manner as to be ASSIMILATED by the body.

14. Medicinal properties should be in the form of those that act as ALKALIN producing for the system, so that the reactions through the assimilation will tend to be those of the alkalin nature. These may be had in small doses of bicarbonate of soda taken regularly each day. Also we would find that for the reduction of such conditions, those of Milk of Bismuth may be taken - and Milk of Magnesia, these may be taken. Not at the same time, but changing in the coordination, so that their vibrations throughout the system are changed. Ready for questions.

15. (Q) What should be the dosage of the bicarbonate of soda? (A) At least ten to twenty grains.

16. (Q) And the Milk of Magnesia and Bismuth? (A) These may be taken - tablespoonful once each day. One taken one week, one taken the next.

17. (Q) The soda should be taken regularly and the others alternated? (A) The soda should be taken each day. The bicarbonate of soda taken each day. For one week - each day - take a tablespoonful of the Milk of Magnesia. For one dose each day for the NEXT week, take the Milk of Bismuth. Keep the eliminations through the alimentary canal. Be mindful that there are not STOPPAGES in the system. OLIVE OIL would be well - all that the body can ASSIMILATE, even while the rest is being taken - for we will stir the liver to activity without disturbing the equilibrium of the body, or creating too much acidity throughout any portion of body.

18. (Q) Where should sinusoidal ray be attached? (A) At the 3rd dorsal and the umbilicus. Three to five minutes of the low vibration. This should be taken at least once to twice each week.

19. (Q) How often should the manipulations be taken? (A) That has been given. Twice each week.
