1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [529], and those conditions in the physical and mental and material that surround this body, causing disturbances in all phases of the entity's experience at this time.

2. In the physical forces of the body, [529], we find there are those conditions from the pathological standpoint that may be aided in giving a better reaction or account of the activities of the physical forces in the body. These, as we find, while in some respects they are psychopathic in their nature, there are those specific physical forces that are at times a result of the effects that are created by the surroundings, the environs, the activities; and these activities that surround the body at times are affecting the general physical reactions in the body.

3. Then, in aiding the body, all of these conditions should be correlated by the body, if there would be produced or brought about the better physical forces in the body. For, if there were a definite decision made in the body that a specific line or character of treatments or administrations would be followed for the better physical functioning to be carried out, it would be found that these in their natural effect upon the general or specific activity would bring the body in its mental and physical activity into not so much of routine, but as definite things, conditions, experiences to be had in the body; and these would create of themselves the surroundings that would make for much better condition in the physical, the mental, and the outlook that the body may have upon those conditions about same.

4. Not that there would be, for the present, any definite changes made in the associations or the relations of the body. These, as we find, of themselves will, through that which has been brought about by the activity of self and

529-1 Page 2

those related to the body, become adjusted - in not altogether a satisfactory manner, as would be the outlook from the present for such changes, but eventually it will be seen that these will be for the better reaction, the better condition, the better experiences for the body, for its physical, its mental, its soul development - if there will be taken advantage of those conditions that come as opportunities and experiences in the associations and relations.

5. As we find for the body, as to an outline for treatments or administrations for the body - if there were periods of applying those vibrations that may be had from general manipulations to the whole of the physical forces in the system, these taken at definite periods and at definite times, there would be a correction of those influences that make for periods of depression, lack of proper eliminations in all the physical forces of the body, and as related to those changes that must soon come about in the general physical functionings of the body - from those activities that are termed natural results, or natural conditions that exist. Also such treatments would correct those subluxations that have existed for times back in the lower lumbar and the upper portion of the sacral and the lower dorsal areas, that will bring a much greater reaction to the betterment of the general physical forces of the body.

6. After such manipulations of the general nature we would have the ultraviolet ray, that would be applied to the lower cervical, dorsal and lumbar area, and also to those portions in the extremities where not only accident but certain activities have brought about strains in the joints, as to make for distresses there, and the tendencies for accumulations to make for engorgements or enlargements and a stiffness that has disturbed the body - and these conditions, then, are naturally the result of accumulations. And when the drainages and the stimulation to the general circulation are set up by such activities of a definite way and manner and nature, these will make for improvements in the general physical forces of the body.

7. These reactions, too, from the relief of the pressures in the physical forces, will make for the relieving of those tendencies for segregations of physical reactions in the body, that have been indicated by the examinations that have been made for the effects of internal activities in the digestive system, as well as the headaches, the bearing down pains in the head, in the pelvis, in various portions of the system.

8. Too, these activities, as we find, would make for periods

529-1 Page 3

when when the natural reaction - through the coordination that would be improved by such applications of the sensory reaction of the body - would be to produce a different outlook upon those conditions in and about the physical and mental relationships of the body; thus, as we find, bringing for this body - [529] a bettered condition.

9. Be mindful that the absent-mindedness, which has been brought about by many of these reactions, does not bring those periods of greater distress in relationships with certain individuals. Not that these must become as rote, but - as given - that definite conditions, definite things, definite experiences may be had in and for the body in all of its activity and its relationships.

10. Such manipulations and applications for the corrections of subluxations, the corrections in the activities of the general circulation, the setting up of the proper drainages and coordinations of eliminations of every character in the body, should be had at least twice or three times each week in the beginning; and after the first period of fifteen to sixteen treatments there should be the rest period of at least five to six days, or two weeks, and then such manipulations and applications made again for a period of one and one-half to two weeks longer; that is, the treatments - which would make at least fifteen to sixteen such treatments again, you see.

11. Then we will find the reactions, the improvements, the general outlook much more worth while.

12. For many conditions there should be the mental and spiritual aspects in the experience considered the more seriously with the necessary environment and relations of the body; not as a psychopathic but more as a psycho-analytical condition of the mental reactions, the spiritual outlooks for the body.

13. For, as we have given, if the basis of mental reaction to any soul or body is founded in those things that have their inception and are grounded in other than spiritual things, that builded in the physical experience must become contention, strife, worriment, and those things that make many souls afraid.

14. But if those forces and influences are to be used rather as a development for the soul, the birthright of every individual into those forces that make and build that which will bring - FROM the fruits of the spirit - those experiences in the lives of such souls that are hopeful, helpful, then there will come the peace, the harmony, in every respect.

15. Ready for questions.

16. (Q) Then, it would be better to make a change, but just to sit still and wait? (A) Do not just sit still and wait! Do something about self and self's abilities to make for greater mental and physical reactions, about those things that are to be met in the experience of this body, [529] at this time!
